I love the Sweetgreen in Mansfield everything is always so fresh. This Sweetgreen though is lacking in freshness. The rice was undercooked and hard, the avacado wasn’t fresh and was browning, the salmon was overcooked and super dry and they concentrated all the nori seasoning in the same spot right on top of the salmon making it bitter, the one I go to sprinkles it over the rice distributing it perfectly. I should’ve just took the extra distance to go to Mansfield, because I am so disappointed in this if this was my first time trying Sweetgreens I would never buy it again, because it was mediocre and expensive. Don’t go to this Sweetgreen, because I promise it is so amazing and I’m addicted to the miso salmon bowl I get at the Mansfield location. At the Sweetgreen in Mansfield the rice is perfectly cooked, the avacado is fresh and the salmon is cooked on the spot and has the perfect texture, even the way they layer everything is perfect unlike this location. This is my favorite place to eat, but this store needs to get retrained by another location or something, because it is going to ruin Sweetgreens good name.

I do not recommend visiting this Sweetgreen if you care about value or quality. The experience has become completely automated — you order from a kiosk, and your food is prepared without any human interaction. While this might be efficient, it comes at a real cost: portions are noticeably smaller, and the personal touch that used to make Sweetgreen feel fresh and custom is gone.

Every ingredient is now measured to the ounce — from the chicken to the apples and sweet potatoes — which results in a skimpy bowl that feels more like a formula than a meal. The portions, especially the protein, are significantly less than what you get when ordering in person at other locations.

It’s clear that this new model is about cutting costs, not improving the customer experience. It’s disappointing to see Sweetgreen take this route, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location despite living in Hingham. I won’t be paying $14 for 4 ounces of chicken, that’s just grand robbery.

I love Sweetgreen in Boston, but I was disappointed by the food quality at the Hingham location. I ran into this brown lettuce and tried to squeeze the lime, but it was dried up . After this discovery I decided not finish this kale Caesar salad because the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. Sorry, but this is unacceptable.

Get my order through DoorDash only thing it’s missing is salad dressing. It’s not that hard guys to put dressing in a bag. And good luck trying to talk to someone. Place is a joke.

Was absolutely craving a -good- salad and this place was excellent! Many options. Highly customizable. Very fresh. Delicious. The drinks were good too (ginger green – not too sweet ), but were perhaps a bit expensive for the size. Ate inside and it was pleasant enough. I will definitely return and post pictures.

I ordered the SHROOMAMI bowl, which tasted quite good, but unfortunately, I fell sick afterward. I’m not sure what spices were used in preparing the protein, and since I have a sensitivity to spicy food, this was concerning. There’s no customer service number available to ask about the ingredients, so I sent an email—but I haven’t received any response or follow-up to date. While the prices are reasonable, the lack of transparency around ingredients and the absence of customer support make it difficult for someone with dietary restrictions like mine to feel comfortable ordering again. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

The Sweetgreen in Hingham has been consistently underwhelming when it comes to order timing. Nearly every time I go, my order isn’t ready on time, even when I place it well in advance. The quality of the food is fine—nothing to complain about there—but it doesn’t make up for the delays. I recently tried the new fries, and they were soggy and disappointing, definitely not worth the hype. On top of that, the music inside was blaring, making the atmosphere loud and uncomfortable. It’s a frustrating experience more often than not.

Wish I took photos of our bowls when we got them- me and my boyfriend spent $40 on 2 bowls 1 drink and fries. The fries tasted like halfway cooked potatoes chips. They are crunchy but soggy? I don’t know how to describe it. The salads had 0 flavor and the meat was lacking and so cold. It was inedible but we both were STARVING so ate it, my boyfriend isn’t picky and doesn’t complain neither do I. And he hardly ate his and he left hungry.

Went on Friday, 11/15/2024 for lunch. They were clearly having tech issues as the line to order was very long. So we skipped the line, sat down and tried out the app which took several tries and about 15-20 minutes to finally push an order through. I imagine/hope that with the demand this kind of fix would come soon. (And we were one of the lucky ones as they simply dismissed anyone else coming into the store soon after us.)

The food was great for both my wife and me. I ordered the mushroom one (Shroomami?) and added chicken. It was great. She got the autumn harvest and enjoyed it.

I appreciate that the only plastic they offer are the forks (all containers are fully paperboard). I found the bag to be a bit of an unnecessary waste though.

We will definitely be back and look forward to a smoother experience.
