I just ordered food from this location for me and my husband, not only did they mess my order up, but I can’t call them and get it fixed because their phones aren’t in English. So now I’m out of $17 worth of chicken. Ordered 16 and got 9.

I love using the app to order and pay and apply coupons that are in the app. Quick delivery; typically ready just as I drive up and the app notifies you when ready! Pizza is good but I have found the pasta is what I love. The Carbonara pasta has great flavors mixed together. I typically buy two on Sunday and save one for lunch for the week. Pretty inexpensive compared to almost anything these days. Today it was $15 for two. Can’t even get a fast food burger for that much anymore.

We absolutely love this dominos location, most of the time everyone is friendly and polite. Occasionaly we run into the issue of not being able to come inside to order or pick up an order because they lock the doors and tell everyone to use the drive through window, that is a little aggravating if I’m being honest. The food is ALWAYS top notch for pizza and things but I’ve noticed lately when I order my children’s pizza I’m not getting light sauce like I am asking for.. my kids don’t care for a lot of pizza sauce so it would be nice if it was light like requested but nonetheless this is the only location we order from frequently. Would be great if could fill orders correctly & on time. Pity cuz the food is excellent.
Frustrating that the pizzas are great. Cinnamon knots are terrific & same for cheesey bread. Only problem…no one there can tell time. Ready in 20 minutes means 60. Just learned to multiply 3. Yep it took 60 minutes for 20 minute order but I knew that going in. Nobody wears a wristwatch anymore jus keep peeking at cell phones. Gotta love it! Reckon that’s why I keep returning. Imagine if they told the truth they think you might go elsewhere.
Well, today I was wrong. Order cinna knots allowed 45 minutes on sliw day. Arrived at drivethu to pay & advised to park they bring out. That was another 45 minutes.. Back to drive thru. Finally handed garlic bread w extra icing. Wrong! Canceled order & 10 minutes later got a refund. No desert for me tonight.
Was craving thick crust mush, pep & olives cut in squares w lemonade…$19.00! What? Auto order added 9 bottles of lemonade. Finally got human & pie for $9.50 but arriving @ store was a “problem” (again) & had to wait yet longer for remake… without drink but charged for drinks…..then corrections. Arrived home to discover that wrong crust AGAIN! Overcharged. Underdelivered. Not correct order. Incorrect charges. Be great place to open a real Dominoes Pizza

Dominoes tracker showed that delivery driver had completed the delivery but we didn’t receive our order, although Dominoes tracker showed the driver around our neighborhood. I called the Dominoes store to inquire about my order and was told the driver is leaving the store right now with our order. I asked how they are going to make this right since it already been close to 40 minutes. I was told that the driver is on the way with my order. Then the manager got on the photo inform me that the originally did not leave the store with my order because is had fell on the floor but he was on his way with a fresh pizza. I again asked how they are going to make this right and was told that the driver was on his way with a “fresh” pizza. In no way way was the manager willing to make it right after waiting over 40 minutes.

I was an assistant manager for Domino’s back in the late 90s so I was curious to see how the standard has changed, if it did at all.
I bought 2 medium pizzas one with double pepperoni and the other with chicken and mushroom.
After remaking my wifes pizza a second time for not having double pepperoni lets just say i will purchase pizza from Papa Johns from now on.
I was NOT going to stand around another 10-15 minutes….i had already spent over 45 minutes for a carry out order that should have been made right the first time.
Poor product execution, people.

I ordered a small plain cheese pizza with buffalo Mac n cheese a little after 2pm took forever on it now if they were busy that’s completely understandable, but when I received it I didn’t get my Parmesan packets when I went to turn around to attempt to get them the woman was already turning around driving off, I didn’t get garlic on my pizza like I requested online, and Mac n cheese was half burnt with spinach in it

The only reason I’m coming on here to give them 5 stars is for what I believe to be the night time manager. Bless him! It was a nightmare in there tonight. I ordered my pizza online for carside pick up. My app said the order was completed when I did not have my food. I walked in and the woman who originally assisted me seemed to not have a clue what she was doing and while the rest of the workers were shuffling around like busy bees she just stood there like a deer in the head lights.. she checked for my pizza and didn’t say anything else to me.. finally after another 10 minutes I asked another man and low and behold my pizzas had been sitting on the ready rack for god only knows how long.. the manager was extremely apologetic to all costumers even the rude obnoxious ones. He deserves a pay raise! To the worker who kept a smile on his face trying to lighten the mood in that building.. thank you!

Always use online ordering which allows me to track the order. It lets me know by email or text the pizza is being prepared when it goes in the oven and when it’s ready. It’s a very efficient method. This is a very busy store and I never wait more than a few minutes. Employees are friendly, very quick, ready to help as soon as you walk in.
