This was easily the worst first experience I’ve had with The Rig.
I placed a to-go order with a scheduled pickup time of 6:45 PM. I arrived a few minutes early at 6:40, fully expecting to wait until my order was ready. Instead, I was immediately handed a box of pizza that had clearly been sitting on the counter for quite some time.
I chose a specific pickup time because I wanted hot, fresh food when I got home. Instead, I ended up reheating a $50 meal as soon as I walked through the door. That’s pretty disappointing, especially for a first visit.
These are temps of an order that sat for an hour!

Honestly the owner is the rudest person I’ve ever met lol. I tried to tip him nicely even when it wasn’t deserved AT ALL and I accidentally touched his hand and he yelled at me to never touch him. incredibly rude and if I could I would take my tip back. This person shouldn’t be a business owner at all or at least he should not be showing off his “people skills” at all ever again.. that old and never learned any manners. Despicable.

Place is relatively close by so I order pick up pretty regularly. They are routinely late on their online orders, I shouldn’t have to wait an additional 40 minutes in restaurant after giving them a hour to prepare it before I get there for pick up. This wasn’t on a busy Saturday night or anything but a Monday. I have never wrote a review before but this happens often with the Rig

Me and my family had such a terrible experience at the rig on Monday night (wing night) I feel obligated to post and share this with future customers. We went there at around 7 pm and it was not busy at this time. We sat at the table waiting for someone to take our order, which never happened. I went up to the bar and asked if we could get some service and she stated we had to order at the bar. This person was not friendly at all. After placing the order for the whole table she stated she needed my card because she was leaving? We were going to split up dinner so I told her do not charge my card. She stated she will not and it will not be charged until after the meal. She stated it will be about a 40 minute wait which was fine. We ended up waiting an hour and a half. Just sitting there and no service at all. Finally after waiting an hour and a half the wings were completely uneatable and burnt to a crisp. These were the worst wings ever from the rig. I went to the owner of the establishment and I explained what happened and the wings were uneatable and how long we waited. He said he would take care of the entire bill and I would not be charged. I told him i would pay for the fries and burger we got because those items were fine and he refused and said don’t worry and I will not be charged. I thanked him. We barely ate anything and we were all very disappointed. The next day I woke up and I found that he lied right to my face and my card was charged without my authority. I called that morning and the person was the phone stated she could not do anything and she would give the owner my number and he would contact me for a refund. I have not received a call back and will be disputing this charge. I will not go back to the rig until they figure out their situation. Please be aware of this place.

I told my parents that this was the best spot for wings, man did I look like an idiot!
We went for dinner and hungry so therefore we tried our best to salvage to eat as much as we could since we spent 50$ for terrible food! A good owner would accept responsibility that they have failed and not say the customer lied about eating some of the food that was absolutely terrible. Also note that my 2 year old daughter was hungry and my parents tried to eat more because they felt bad that the food was so bad. This never crossed your mind most likely because you are running a terrible business with terrible customer service from top to bottom.

I really liked this place. I came in here one morning right as it was opening for the day at around 11am.
I ordered a couple of brews and some chicken wings. It was very good. There was a variety of sauce flavors to choose from to put on your wings. So I ordered the rig rub on half of them and on the other half I got the cajon ranch. Both of those flavors were excellent. The cajon ranch was rich and very flavorful. The wings themselves were pretty good quality to begin with. The flavors just added to the delight.
The atmosphere was pretty cool at this bar too. The bar is actually in the middle of the place. So you are sitting around the bar, so to speak. While the vibes weren’t that live when I was in here, it was only 11am. So I’d guess that it gets a little more turnt up in the evening on weekends.
There is a pool table and a nice little patio as well

Overall, I would stop back in to this place if ever back in the area.

The philly fries are A-mazing! Karaoke night happened to be going on… and there were some great singers… twas a bit overpowering on the ears..but ppl were having a blast! Steak Fajita tacos were a bit flavorless… however could be because I ate the fries first. Friend had philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. Said it was quite tasty!! 🙂

The best dive bar in town. Tastefully rowdy with events every night of the week. Karaoke on Fridays have been given awards for its popularity. It might seem like a country bar, but don’t let the regulars fool you. This place has people in all kinds of walks in life. Lively local bands and patrons line the bar all evening, but even for a place to catch a drink after using one of the many golf courses around, it’s still a top location. Fastest drink in town, always something to do with a kitchen open until the late late hours. Great for folks staying at the grand resort next door. Have a classy night out and couple it with late night fun. Bingo night on Thursdays is my personal favorite.
