I’ve never had a problem with this location until I’ve had to interact with an employee named hazel. I always ask for light ice, and she on purpose says the cup will not be filled up to the top. The venti cup would be half way filled. I never have this problem!! But with this girl specifically it’s always an issue.
I stopped coming to this location.

Came this morning around 4:45 am I get the same thing grande honey citrus mint tea extra hot 5 to 6 pumps of peppermint. The young lady had an attitude this morning first off she has a soft voice and short this is not her first time not adding my peppermint. Pam is an AWSOME WORKER. Then after I paid I told the young lady have a good day she gonna say what you say lol LIKE GIRL ITS TO EARLY FOR AN ATTITUDE. And I replied to calm again have a good day. Starbucks please do better or hire people with good hospitality I can be the owner testing your employees and they acting like that MY TEA TASTE STRAIGHT Disgusting without the peppermint and remind you this is not her first time doing this It seem like every time I come here and that young lady with the soft voice is working she alway gets my order wrong mind you I come here almost everyday When PAM on the speaker she so polite and knows my order. Pam needs a RAISE BIG TIME.As you can see I come to PCH location often SMH

Free standing location, I don’t like location like this, although nice design.
They need to work with Google maps to make it clear this is a drive through location, or in a grocery store or a full standing coffee shop.

Being a drive thru location, I thought I’d be bummed to have to order and not have that “Starbucks feel”. However, the tables outside and the modern look of it made up for it. I’m sure on a rainy day, my outlook would be a whole lot different but for the time I was there , I enjoyed the July weather here. Drinks are great even though you don’t get that “friendly feel” of talking with a barista as you do in other locations.

This is my first time waiting 15 minutes in a Starbucks drive-through line. This location is too small for this high traffic intersection. At least they were efficient enough to have a barista come out to take your order when there was so many cars ahead of me. If you’re in a rush this is not the ideal Starbucks to stop at for a quick coffee.

We ordered walk up and there was only 2 employees. They said they couldn’t make our drinks until drive thru was taken care of when we spent $40 and waited 5 mins to be acknowledged at window and then 25 mins for our drinks. This is horrible customer service. This is unacceptable not to be treated well because we walked up.i will not be spending any more money here again. Horrible

The best team. They made our night perfect. The drinks were done correctly & they were so nice. Came with my daughter this Friday night. And the girl was so sweet to give me extra caramel crunch on the side. So sweet of her. At other Starbucks their always messing up my order by missing something or not putting enough. The drive through guy was very nice as well. Loved the experience. Keep up the good job guys.
