Love this place! Staff always pleasant even when I’m indecisive. Love that I can purchase a fresh baked pie right off the shelf, and it’s so delicious. Love their iced coffee, coffee ice cubes so your drink doesn’t get water down. Genius! Love their cakes, red velvet is my fave, pies, cookies, just all of it delicious. Nice and clean always.

Stopped in to pick up some pastries on the Monday before Christmas. I was so impressed, first they were open on a Monday. Super organized and friendly staff on an extremely busy day. Everything was fresh and from the photos you can see that all the items look delicious. I will always come here when I visit LI. Highly recommended!

Such a delightful find, this bakery is. Discovered it while out on a date night with my husband and was thrilled to stumble upon an Italian bakery. And, can we talk about their business name “Dolci Momenti Bakery”? Absolutely adorable! Returned to grab some treats for an office drop-off and had a fantastic experience. The baked goods were incredibly fresh, the staff was friendly and patient, the place was spotless, which is crucial, and the atmosphere was charming. With good music, comfy seating, and side tables, it’s a place I truly adore!

I ordered my gender reveal cake from them & they forgot to dye the inside of the cake, despite clear instructions on the order ticket & confirming my order with them the day before pick up. How did that even happen???!!? Later when I messaged them about my order being messed up, they didn’t even bother to acknowledge it!

Delicious pastries WHEN FRESH. You guys are too expensive to be selling day or two day or three day old treats. I spent a lot of money to be disappointed with how old my pastries tasted. Never had this problem here before. Not have to debate on going back or not.

I’ve ordered carrot cake from this bakery since 2019 and their quality has unfortunately declined. I’m guessing the heavy filling to cake ratio cuts costs somehow; but I complained and was offered a remake which I found a hair in after cutting it. I tried disputing and lost and they have yet to respond to my request for refund.
