This lil gem is inside the market! Service is walk up to the counter and order. They were super nice and quick! He got the Super burrito with carne asada – it was full and scrumptious! I ate the poblano pepper than came with his meal. It was grilled to perfection. I had the fried fish. I couldn’t get enough of it! Don’t be afraid to order this bone in fish dish. They cut it where it is easy to get off the bones. The batter they fry it in was so flavorful. The batter was thin and crisp in every bite. The fish was moist and flaky and fried perfectly. It was served with the best French fry’s, rice and beans and a salad!

Great portions and sizes! Delicious food, prepared to order. Located inside a store on the side and you can peruse the store for snacks and groceries while you wait. Tesla supercharger nearby is walking distance. Would definitely go back to this taqueria!

Had a asada super burrito and 4 carne asada tacos. Both are amazing! Super fresh, large portions. Fresh tortillas made on the spot. It’s in a grocery store so seating is limited as seen in other reviews, but don’t let that deter you from missing out on the great food! Highly recommend!

Popular Mexican fast food counter located inside the supermarket. I had the Super Burrito – very tasty with Carne Asada, avocado, salsa, sour cream in a fresh tortilla which is then grilled. My wife had the Camarones Al mucho de ajo. Very tasty grilled shrimp with garlic. Side of refried beans, rice, French fries and tortillas. Would give the food 4 stars but the service was a bit slow and the indoor dining is super basic so it nets 3 stars overall.

Get off the regular menu of tacos and burritos, Pacheco’s located inside the la Placita market and it’s has much more than your regular food I had a Gordita and then I tried there Barbacoa and it’s so authentic it feels like I never left Mexico this place has Great food. Best place in Soledad for Mexican food. Can’t go wrong.

Pacheco’s is taco heaven on earth, and in a very authentic package. At noon, the place is hopping, and that is no wonder because the food and the atmosphere is just what the doctor ordered.

They were very quck! Tacos were delicious!!! 4 big tacos! I ordered them with my own choice of avocado, beef and tomatoes with home made sour cream! Salsa was tasty and spicy. I want to move to Soledad to have them every day I would recommend this place to order for to go. They locate at the small grocery store.

Authentic Mexican food in a Mexican grocery store. We had tacos which were amazing. People around us had plates that looked tasty. But this is a taco stand / restaurant with very limited seating inside a grocery store. I’d go back to try more things the next time we pass through town.

The food is amazing but be forewarned, it is essentially a grocery store, odd but worth the odd atmosphere. People were friendly, tortillas were fresh. I think my only complaint would be I’m a sucker for insanely hot food, and all they had were roasted jalapenos and hot sauce, some habaneros usually do the trick.

This is a food counter in a grocery store. That said: This was absolutely the dining highlight of our California vacation. I’m from Houston, so soul-alteringingly good Mexican food is not exactly novel to me. But this was next-level. If you are within a 300mi radius of this place: DO IT.
