I stayed in Hampton Inn next door for a week and this Starbucks is my frequent visit every morning. The services consistently impressed me and staff were very delightful, worthy of a five-star rating without question. There’s a couple of times, my friends wanted to customized the drink, but not available on the app. I placed the order and informed the staff of the requirements. They acted immediately to ensure my drinks are correct, despite there are long lines or mobile orders.

Small cafe but professional staffers. Every time I stop here, My small coffee cones with kindness. They have a staffer board with fav coffees. Small parking lot, handicapped entrance, clean bathrooms. Make this stop versus the target Starbucks. Have a Good Day!

Despite there being a rush when I went in, the store was very clean. For the volume of orders, they were under staffed (classic), but the baristas were very friendly. Emily seemed to be the lead on the shift, and its obvious that she leads by example with quality control and creating a welcoming experience. If I hadn’t seen how busy it was, I wouldn’t have known how much she had to quickly get done by the positive tone she had.

There’s a barista named EMILY who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She messed up my coffee order, and when I politely asked if she could fix it (not even replace it), she snatched it out of my hand and gave me an awful attitude. That kind of behavior is unacceptable definitely won’t be coming back.
