I had a large delivery order, 2 3 piece meals. I store is only 1.5 miles away, so I hoped it would arrive still warm. It was between warm and hot! All 3 pieces of chicken in each meal were excellent, the breasts were absolutely huge and the extra crispy was just that, extra crispy. Both orders had mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. The mashed potatoes were still warm and the coleslaw was still cold. Even the ice in both drinks still intact. So all in all, an excellent meal and I’ll order from them again.

It’s not my first time eating at this KFC but every time I am disappointed. I tried to see if maybe it was the time of day or maybe the staff but nope. Every time the food is really old like it’s been sitting for hrs and super oily like they tired to refry it to make it seem new. The service not the best I get it’s a fast food restaurant but not cool. This kfc either needs to be shut or needs new management.

Every time I order Doordash there is an issue!! Every time!!!!! I have worked at this location and it’s not busy enough for it to be an issue Every single time! This is soo unacceptable. I have to pay extra for the simple fact that it is being delivered and to not get what I ordered is frustrating. I love the food but the service at this store is very poor!

The service was great but the food was horrible. The fries were waaaaaaaaay over cooked and really salty and the nashville tenders were burned on some places and really salty as well. KFC has really dropped the ball on food quality, they have a long way of recovery.
