The new location has shorter wait time that the Main and 19th location.
Very small parking lot but quick service and the same quality food as the original location. You can also order online ahead of time and pick up in the drive thru if you don’t want to get out of your call.

Seems as though the boys aren’t confident in their abilities to roll the burritos so they scam on the fillings to make it easier. One time my burrito looked like a cinnamon roll. Tastes amazing tho.

I never leave reviews. I live down the road and have gone here 3-4 times a week but won’t any longer. I was holding out hope that the managing staff would schedule more people or put more people on the line but no! I come in here and there is often just ONE person running the line AND checking people out at the same time. It’s obviously not the staffs fault they just do not get scheduled enough by their manager. And they can’t keep up with the mobile orders at the same time. What an absolute joke. Go to any other Chipotle in the United States and you’ll get faster/better service.

I was excited to see this store open since it’s a few blocks from where I live, but went in for the first time & was appalled at the lack of cleanliness & poor customer service. Basically all the tables to dine at (I presume) had not been cleaned all day. Food & garbage everywhere. Makes you wonder about the safety of the food.. the guy in front of me, myself, & then somebody behind me waited for longer than you would expect while the guy working the cash register made small talk with someone. A gal finally assisted me but she wasn’t friendly & seemed to have a lightly annoyed attitude about having to deal with customers & not be in the back doing prep work. Not impressed, unfortunate. Hope this business turns it around!

I had stopped into this location yesterday. I was hesitant because the Chipotle on Main has been one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve been in. This was a completely different experience. I had such a great experience at this Chipotle location yesterday! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and every detail of my order was spot on. The service was truly 10/10 — fast, professional, and personable. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in what they do, and it made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thank you to the crew for making my visit such a positive one!

Let start off by saying that the Main St. chipotle lost my business after only two visits due to poor service, inconsistent hours and small portions so when this store opened, I was excited to have another option and hoped that this location would’ve recognized the short comings of the other and set out to remedy the problems. And…..they did! This is the OG chipotle experience of the early 2000s. Tasty food, quick and friendly service and most importantly, good portions sizes! I’ve been twice and so far they’re batting 100! It’s refreshing to know that when a chipotle craving hits, that need can now be satiated. I’m a big big fan and elated that a new and superior store has opened here in town. Now if the other store is smart, they’ll step up their game because the future is dark if they don’t. Good work guys!!

Was hopeful cuz as we all know main street location sucks. Stopped and didnt even stay. There were 4 people working when they needed 10. The guy building the bowls was also checking people out and wasnt changing his gloves. The place was a mess (understandably with only 4 people working). In general, it feel like a copy of main street. Come on Chipotle

Going downhill fast… Was thrilled when this opened as we all know the main street location sucks… the first time I was there. It was great well staffed the management was looking over making sure everything was going well… now every time I go there’s some sort of issue. Tonight 5 PM… No meat …was offered scraps of Barbacoa and told Chicken would not be an option for the rest of the night. The other day they forgot to brew iced tea for the day but we’re happy to charge us for it at checkout only for us to find there wasn’t any tea. Here we go again.. another waste of space trashpotle.
