Came here with my family, we were a bit chaotic with our order and keeping every kiddo happy. The staff were all so patient with our many requests. All the kids ended up happy and the bagels were delicious. Thanks so much!!

Ordered a Garden Avocado sandwich at the drive-through and even tipped the gal at the window. Drove about a mile and realized there was no spread on the bagel — the bagel was completely dry. Went back, and they gave me a container of the dressing. Zero apologies when I went into the store instead of going through the drive through again, just “Wait, what do you need? Ok, here you go.” Got to work, and the sandwich still didn’t seem quite right, and that’s when I noticed there was also no avocado on the sandwich. “Garden Avocado” is literally the name of the sandwich – how is that forgotten? Reached out to corporate customer service like the owner always suggests in other reviews and never heard back. Second time I’ve been here and my order was messed up last time as well. Ridiculous.

I pulled around the drive thru not realizing that they close at 2pm and it was right at 2:02. The amazing gal in the drive thru made my “tasty turkey” even though they were trying to close and I had excellent service and my “tasty turkey” was delicious!!! FIVE STARS!!!

The employees here are always SO nice! The bagels and sandwiches are fresh and yummy and they’re always so quick with getting our order ready. Anytime we’ve had even a minor issue with an order they go above and beyond to fix it. My kids and I always look forward to

On Easter I went in and ordered 3 dozen bagels for my work. I asked for a full dozen of blueberry and cinnamon suger and one mixed. I realized after the day was almost over we had a full dozen left because the guy that helped gave me a dozen of the raisin bagels which no one likes. I’ve been meaning to call in to let management know but keep forgetting and by the time I remember they are closed. I definitely feel like I should get a dozen blueberry to make up for his mistake. I took a picture to show them their mistake.

I have been so pleased with not only the taste of my food from Einstein’s, but the way that the staff treat me! Jazmin, Nathan and Sue, All go out of their way to make me feel so welcome when I come in! They Are always so nice when I ask for specifics in regards to my bagels, they could be frustrated, but they’re not and they truly appear happy to give me exactly what I want! The bagels are fresh and taste fantastic! Excellent customer service and food!!
