The Corner Bar inside the historic Hotel Boulderado offers a cozy, charming vintage hotel-bar vibe with warm wood decor, a relaxed atmosphere, and a great wrap-around patio in good weather. Here you can enjoy great cocktails, savory dishes and friendly service.

I ordered the salmon salad and, although the salad itself was great, the salmon was very undercooked and cool in the center. I actually read the reviews on this place before ordering because I had trouble picking an entree and stumbled upon the review where one customer got not one but two undercooked orders of the fish and chips…needless to say, I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and ordered the salmon anyways, but was sadly disappointed. Our server and the atmosphere was great and all of my friends’ food looked good so I’d still recommend coming here, but steer clear of any dishes where your fish/meat might be undercooked.

Outstanding place. Worth going out of your way to try. Cocktails and small plates are epic enough to carry on their own, but there isn’t a bad bite to be found!

We went here for drinks after dinner. Located downstairs in the iconic Boulderado hotel this little gem serves a great selection of cocktails, wine beer and food. We loved the atmosphere it was very classy and old school feeling. The drink menu was small but they had a very nice selection of wine and spirits. The cocktails were thoughtfully made and tasted amazing. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent !! They have a plethora of televisions and are willing to put on whatever channel the customer requests.

recently went to the Corner Bar at the Boulderado, and Chris was our server. I believe that was his name — he had a middle part and a great smile for reference. He was absolutely delightful and consistently attentive to our table. If anyone is looking for a great lunch or dinner spot, I highly recommend it. Be sure to ask for Chris!

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and upon showing up we were told we were in the wrong place. After checking the numerous emails with the food and beverage director containing the contract and all the details and showing these to the hostess, they apologized and got our party sat. They even had to move other patrons out of the loft we had reserved. Originally, there was a plan to have a sign directing our guests to the dinner and a specific menu header which all were never put out/not on our menus. While the staff on-site were great and did their best (seriously I do not place any blame on them and they were extremely helpful in this situation) you can imagine how frustrating this is for something so meaningful. The food was good and again the staff did their best to make it right but I simply cannot give more than 3 stars (which feels generous) and also would not recommend for anything more than a casual stop in.

Pretzel rolls on the pastrami slider were rock hard. Did they microwave them? Not sure. Couldn’t eat. Left them on the plate. The tomato soup was completely flavorless and for some reason topped with oil. Waiter wasn’t even curious why none of the food was eaten. Just gave use the bill and took our plates. Very expensive too. All around, a miserable meal for me. Husband said his burger was good, standard.

The food was really great, which is most important. I loved the GF blueberry pancakes. Our waitress was very nice. The hotel has 2 restaurants and the other one was very busy and after over an hours long wait, everyone came over to this one when they opened. Staff were nice and accommodating. They had a lot of tables to take care of all at once. The restaurant definitely needs a deep clean and updated furniture. Chairs are broken. I know it’s historical but that doesn’t mean you can’t have clean floors and walls etc.
