So I was gonna be quiet but this pissed me off to the point I refuse to be quiet. This is how they give you your drinks. There are roaches visibly crawling around inside that you can see from your car in the drive thru. Last time I ordered a sandwich there it tasted astringent. I’m not gonna pay $6 for a medium drink to only get half of it. Imma call the health board next to make sure the roach problem gets looked into because that’s DISGUSTING

I kept trying to give them a chance. Went today and ordered sweet tea. It simply taste like brown water. The young woman who was my cashier at the drive thru was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I’ll make my own tea from now on. They have lost a customer.

Awful. Do not go. I canceled an order on the app because they were out of the product the app said they had. I called customer service. A few months passed before I realized I hadn’t been refunded. I went through the drive thru to order something else. Guy was super rude btw. I told the manager about my fiasco with never being refunded for the order I never got. She gives me a $15 gift card to compensate. I go to another Dunkin a week later and there’s nothing on the card. I refuse to ever go back.

Me, my husband, and my grandchild visited this location around 7 PM last night, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The store was empty when we walked in, but instead of being greeted, I had to go around the corner and say “excuse me” just to get the employees’ attention. When one finally came to the counter, she seemed more focused on giggling with her coworker than helping us.
We ordered coffee, but there wasn’t any ready at 7 PM. As all-day coffee drinkers, I feel like fresh coffee should always be available. When we did finally get our cups, it was not even stirred, as we had requested for that as well.
The donut case looked messy and unappealing, with paper scattered everywhere. We ended up settling for a pre-packaged cake loaf for my grandson because the case just didn’t look clean. On top of that, the overall store appearance was dirty and uninviting.
This location could really improve with more attentive customer service, a cleaner presentation, and better upkeep of the store .

I stop here everyday and usually don’t have a problem, today after I ordered my drink the guy taking my order didn’t know I could still hear him through the drive thru speaker as he was laughing with his coworkers saying ” that’s a crazy ticket ” so I joked about that and laughed it off cause it is a little more particular then most I guess, but they hand me my drink and tell me to have a good day, nothing about my sandwhich not being done, just told to have a good day as my new born screamed for five minutes in the back seat as they just stare at me through the window, so I had to yell to get there attention to let them know I didn’t receive my sandwhich, the lady who is there everyday with the stankest look on her face comes to the window with an attitude and says ” we know it’s not ready” okay well next time maybe let the person waiting know they are waiting instead of being rude and making them feel small. I guess I’ll just drive the extra five minutes from now on and go to a different coffee spot. Thanks.

We come here every time we’re in town. Greeted and no wait with quick service! Once we got our dozen we left. We were very disappointed to discover every single Boston Cream and Jelly doughnut ONLY had a dime size of filling inside. Not tasty and a very dry dozen of DD. We didn’t go back for more.

I know Saturday mornings can be hectic, but come on Lake Wylie! Quality matters! I went inside to order, because the drive through line was down the block! Not only was my order just placed on the counter without anyone saying anything; the food was just thrown in the bag, harsh browns were half cooked.
There are lots of other breakfast options nearby! Quality Matters!

Well, I ate it because I paid for it and I was hungry, but how the staff looked at this and said, “Yep, let’s serve this to the customer” is a little beyond me. They also put zero cream in my extra cream coffee, so clearly the staff had zero concern this morning.
