Friends and Husband and i ordered a meal deal and we was delighted at the quanity and taste both. The chicken wings were very large and very good. The pizza was perfect and additional bread sticks were so good. The 4 of us plenty and then some and had leftovers. Prices very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Pizza is great if you happen to catch them when they are open. I would say 50% I stop in there’s a sign on the door with some kind of excuse for why they are not open. So I guess what I saying is if you want valentinos pizza don’t go out of your way to goto this one. On the odd chance you do catch them open pizza is usually pretty good as long as it’s fresh

Trying to support a local business, we placed an order on line that was supposed to be done at 5:30. I walked in right at 5:30 to a young man that couldn’t find our order. When they finally found it, they forgot to make 1/2 of our order (the pasta dish). We waited 30 minutes (we were told it would be 6 minutes) while the 1st half of our order sat in their warming oven to find out they had also made the pizza wrong. I guess at least the kid working the register filled a $10 punch card for us (after prompting him asking what he was going to do to correct this). Our money will be better spent somewhere else next time.

I love Val’s pizza but the service and management here (Springfield)is rather less than stellar. Online ordering (corporate’s issue) also gives a wild guess when the pizza will be done, when in actuality you should double that time. But don’t bother trying to cancel after hearing the real wait time if you should call to confirm, because they literally don’t know how to cancel an order.

First time in 42 years of eating Valentino’s pizza–unhappy! Ordered a large “Old Lady” and this time something was wrong with the crust. Thin and tasted “off” like some ingredient(s) were missing. Not the usual heavenly chewy paradise that it usually is. I called them back to mention it and was told that something has been wrong with their large crusts for the past few days, and there is nothing they can do about it. One thing they could do about it is to stop using that crust and figure out the problem. The other thing they could do about it is to take care of a 42-year loyal customer. Sadly, they failed on both accounts.

Had a great experience here. Normally I don’t order pizza but I was driving through and was feeling hungry. I called ahead to order. The lady who answered (later found out her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful. I wasn’t sure what to order and she guided me through all the different delicious toppings and helped me settle on a nice cream cheese and pepperoni. She then let me know it would be done and ready for me to consume when I arrived. Just like she promised, it was there waiting for me. The young gentleman with glasses helped me check out and I was back in the road with a delicious pie and a wonderful first Valentino’s experience.

I have continued to try to be a satisfied customer and I can tell you that my orders are simple and direct and they get it wrong half the time. I am about 5 out of 12, so the stars do not tell the story. Valentino’s is awesome, but this iteration is not.

Showed up at 8:36 pm (turns out they close at 9 on wed), and was greeted with “if you want a slice of pizza, you can get it next door” (adjoining c store). The chairs were up, so I walked thru the unappetizing store and then went back to ask why I was diverted. She said”we take orders until 8:40, but if you just want a slice…”. She clearly steered me away from ordering so as not to delay their departure. Not a real Val’s anyway.

Brian is so professional and polite every time I visit. Needed a fast lunch and this location offers a slice ready to go! Sure beat waiting in the long line at the burger joint down the street.
