The girls tonight were the absolute sweetest. They welcomed me in and were quick to service me, I usually order a latte but one of the girls, I think her name was Tally, recommended a gingerbread chai. Delicious!

I was in for Starbucks most promoted day of the year, **!!!RED CUP DAY!!!** WOO!!!! So incredibly busy, like line out the door, the entry way filled with so many people, so many drinks on that display shelf that they were beginning to place drinks on the sides of the black counter top. This little store was nuts!! I placed a mobile order hoping be in and out, which definitely was not the case. I ended up having a great time waiting for my order and getting to talk to the two girls handing out drinks and navigating the mess of snobby customers. I don’t think people understand how online ordering actually works, I listened to numerous conversations many of which were nasty about the workers, and nasty about the amount of time they waited. When I got my drink I told the girls how great they were doing, and how they needed to keep smiling. They looked at each other and thanked me, I think they really needed to hear that. The kids working here are great.

Starbucks needs a better system, a better way to communicate with customers on how long orders will realistically take. Maybe… let the customers choose a pick up time like every other restaurant.

I’ve always known Starbucks to be known for exceptional service every time. This location is about a 50% chance on getting my drink made correctly and a 25% chance on service without bad attitude.
Tally is my favorite worker. 5/5 for her every time! She is their best employee, I love when she works!

I don’t think I’ve once had a good experience here. I only stop in because it’s convenient but will avoid it from now on. They only prioritize the drive thru. I stood in the lobby at the register, only person in there, and was only addressed minutes after waiting by a very disgruntled gal on the espresso machine who sighed like she was so annoyed and said, “we will be with you in a minute”. Another 5 minutes (no exaggeration) went by with zero help or acknowledgment and I just decided to leave. All the employees acted like I didn’t exist. I worked at Starbucks for 10 years and am so glad that was a totally different era because this company is just not the same.

This is the Starbucks closest to my house, I come here almost every Sunday, and everyone is always so kind. Specifically, the barista named Jo. She brings my tea to my table and remembers my order every time! Stellar service and hardworking young adults.

I’ve been here about 30 times, and all employees have been quite friendly! My only major complaint is that sometimes it can get crazy busy. I get it that it’s not their fault, so I didn’t ding them for that – if you mobile order just check the estimated time! Starbucks could easily put in another location in Erie soon. One thing they could fix is the metal ice lid as it is VERY loud when it is open/closed (bangs) by a barista, which is quite out of place for a chill coffee shop setting. Glad to have this in Erie!

This is questionably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s also the closest to my house. For some sick reason I continue to go to this Starbucks and regularly have a bad experience. The wait times here are excessive excessive excessive. I’ve waited upwards of an hour and a half for a mobile order and I’ve waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes when I’ve been the third car in line. If there’s any other Starbucks you can go to on your trip please go there.

This location is laking. The amount of times I’ve tried and been disapointed by the basistas at this location. Example today, ordered an iced macchiato with an extra shot. I recieved an iced vanilla late mixed, not seperated. (Its done this way due to science of densities and for flavor).when I brought this to their attention, they told me I didnt know what I was talking about. Paid for an incorrect drink. Chose another location or coffee shop. (Im a former Starbucks employee)

The last two recent visits I had have been horrible! Very rude manner from Emily! I ordered a mobile for 2 drinks and a bread. I was waiting for the last drink to be made and once she was done I waited for about a minute for my bread. My bread was never brought to the mobile pick up, so I had asked Emily “excuse me I’m missing my bread from my order.” Emily proceeded to get my bread and put it to warm and started slamming things around. Once my bread was done I held out my hand to get my bread from her and she threw it on the counter and didn’t say one word and walked away!
I work close to Starbucks and love getting my drinks from here but with the experience I’ve been having I’m changing to Ziggi’s or the mom n pop shop here in town.
