We went to this place a little over a year ago. We wanted Cheesesteaks and we were told they were out of steak on a Saturday night. Yes, a Saturday night. Yesterday, we decided to give it one more shot. I ordered the meatball sub and my husband ordered the ham sub. The meatballs were obviously frozen and my husband didn’t like the ham on his sub. We overheard them say they were running out of some things. Weird for 4 pm on a Saturday evening. Then we kept sitting there for a while until finally one kid asked what we were waiting for. Thanks to that guy. Well, we had our answer the second time. I guess it’s not for us. I will say the mozzarella sticks were delicious, but we won’t be going back.

I should’ve known by the dirty doors and floor walking in that this would not be good. Even the carry out menu was dirty. We had a wait time given which was fine but was longer than told. So 40 minutes later for the nastiness pizza I’ve ever had. It lacked flavor and tasted like they slapped soggy veggies on top of an old pizza. The calzone was way too hard and it too lacked any flavor. I’m still reeling over this a day later as this was not cheap at $39. We threw out our food because it was that bad. The staff were the only thing this place has going for them. Please do not go here. Go anywhere but here for pizza. I’d even eat Gino’s over this. Happy Anniversary to us and a mistake we will not repeat.

It’s not fast food but it’s great food. The pizza was amazing as always. We love there broccoli bits with Ranch dressing. My husband loves the jalapeño poppers with Ranch dressing. Everyone is always nice and helpful. They bring the food to you as it gets done, while it’s good and hot. It’s a family place.

We used to eat at Grazianos at the Charleston Towne Center as a kid and their food was outstanding. I remember seeing to family members in their soccer jerseys making the pizza.

Fast forward to this past weekend, we took our family to Grazianos in South Charleston and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I don’t know what they do with the sauce and pizza dough but it is the best I have ever had.

The pizza tastes the exact same 40 years apart… it is soooooo good!!! We will keep coming back.

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, authentic Italian food. The pizza was fresh and hot. The cheese was addictive. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

Charleston Area’s Best Traditional Pizza

I can confidently say that the Riverwalk Graziano’s is the best east coast style pizza restaurant in the area. The sauce, the cheese, and the crust all smack.

We ordered their version of a margarita and a pepperoni roll. I like the plain cheese better than the margarita. The pepperoni roll is more like a Stromboli than a wv pepperoni roll but I think that is what you are wanting when you arder it from a pizza restaurant.

They have a nice sized dining room that is starting to show some wear. You order from the counter and the pizza is brought to you. Even though they don’t have table service the staff is friendly and attentive.

The serve a nice selection of draft beers. I always look forward to getting a pizza from here.

The overwhelming reviews are correct. This is the best NYC style pizza around, and the best lunch buffet in the area. Simply amazing restaurant and we’ve been coming here for years. Ignore the social media troll (s) coming here from far away to leave nonsense based on the businees defending itself against out or area influences. Some people need counseling.

Friendly and relatively fast but the quality is meh. Do not order margarita pizza, looks nothing like their photos and menu. Description says light sauce, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
What we received was closer to a sauce drenched cheese pizza with diced fresh tomatoes. Order their supreme pizza or the pepperoni! Husband says those were way better!! Still very friendly service

The nicest owners and best pizza in the Charleston WV area. I visit NYC often and they hold their own compared to some of the best pizza places I’ve ate in NYC. Don’t listen to the negative reviews give it a go and see for yourself.

Perfect from start to finish. The friendly faces of the staff, the perfectly prepared pizza / pepperoni rolls and that delicious salad bar with fresh ingredients, all made for a perfect date night! I couldn’t get over how clean the restaurant was and my husband claims they have the coldest draft beer in the valley. There’s no reason not to spend my money here to support a local business.
