The young lady with the arm tatts took great care of my order. If she remembers. I was the bigger bald guy that almost walked out after some confusion on my end but she handled the situation perfectly and she was extremely nice. Thank you, I travel a lot and she made this fast food experience above and beyond where as I haven’t much luck in other places.

My new favorite is the Boss bowl. I also love the loaded Potato Ole’s and regular Potato Ole’s. I’ve loved Taco John’s since childhood which is more than 40 years. They put taco bell to shame. Better quality food, better portion to cost ratio. I know when I open my order, it’s going to look good and taste even better. The staff is attentive and friendly.

I have to give them one star mainly due to the woman in the back (who I’m guessing was a manager) who was being REALLY loud and borderline aggressive to her staff. I made a mobile order for pickup at the drive thru window, and was handed my correct drink but someone else’s order. Which happens! Fine, cool, whatever. So, I walked in to tell them what happened, and I over hear this woman in the back yelling at her staff that they can’t get their orders correct, and she herself was causing a lot of confusion amongst her staff. I feel like there is a way to handle this with staff, and she didn’t handle it correctly. I then tell them that I’m here for my order, and she comes out saying that someone made off with my drink and said they were me. Plot twist: it was me the whole time. Once I said that, she yelled again at her staff to fix the order and make it correct. The other girl who delivered my order was very friendly and apologized for the confusion!

11-15-25 was my last time.
Beef tacos had lots of lettuce, very little meat. Apple Grande’s, which are a limited time dessert, had a small amount of filling in the center of the flat dessert taco. Unhappy, I asked for the manager and showed him the 2 Apple Grande’s and asked him if that was all we get for our money. I said OK, that would be my last at that store. Upon leaving, I noticed a sign by the exit door. It said ” Make it right,
Make them happy “. I laughed, obviously that’s an empty comment!

I have paid a visit to this taco John’s at least 5 days a week for the last 5 and a 1/2 years. I also have a very good reason for doing so. The fact that They have the best breakfast burritos on the market today Doesn’t hurt at all but the staff at this parbitular restaurant is by far the most professional and courteous staff I have come across at any restaurant in my 49 years of living. I would say that better than half of the staff that are there now have been there ever since my first visit nearly 6 years ago. They have an incredible manager in Amy, and all of her staff seem to love her. Which in turn makes them want to work well for her. There is no praise I can give them that it’s high enough. They make my day better with their professionalism.
And their cheery dispositions.
So thank you to the taco John’s staff on 2nd street in Casper Wyoming. You are all my heroes.

Taco had no beef, cheese and lettuce only. Apple Grande had a tablespoon of apple and 2 out of 3 had no cheese. What a disappointment ment from past visits.

Unfortunately, they were rude and wouldn’t give us extra napkins. When asked for them didn’t give us any straws or ask us for what we needed and then told us that they couldn’t give us more napkins when they only gave us a few. Unfortunate.
