Fast food has never been great..but burger king was usually okay. Awful now. Whopper with cheese..horrible. swimming in some sour tasting white sauce so soggy the bun was falling apart. Onion rings cold and no flavor. Prices still too high for this.

Been going here for years! The service has and is still on point. The place is always decent looking to clean. Never filthy. And the most important thing, the food is always good! I tried the Impossible whopper and it taste incredible! The staff also handles the drive thru like professionals.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered a whopper meal. The quality of the food was up to Burger King standard. The fries was hot with just the right amount of salt. The dinning area was clean and spacious.

I want someone, maybe the King himself, to explain to me why some BK lounges serve regular burgers on the morning and some don’t. It’s hit and miss. Today was a miss. And I can’t place full blame on this particular store because I don’t know the Canada-headquartered Burger King policy. But I would love to know if it simply boils down to the person at the counter. But more importantly, this peel and win scam is annoying. Too much work to get free fries. Whatever happened to here’s a coupon, present at register? The restaurant itself is very clean and fresh. Nice restrooms.

The past 3 times we’ve been here, they’ve gotten our order wrong. We always order ahead on the mobile app, so there’s no question of miscommunication ordering at the drive thru. They still manage to get it wrong though. I get that it’s “fast food”, but damn… TAKE YOUR TIME. If you don’t give a crap about what you order vs what they give you, this is the place for you.

The had me wait 7 to 10 minuets for the two things. And they got the order wrong because they had two people also waiting, which took another 3 minutes. But they gave me a whole lot of whipped cream on my Oreo shake, so I’m not mad.

The girl at the drive through speaker didn’t understand: “ice-cream with Hershey’s chocolate syrup” 3 times in a row.
When I stepped into the shop, the manager was no less agrrigious.
They all clapped hands with each other when I canceled my ice-cream order.
I never shopped there nor Burger Kink before. Yet I tried them twice during the past 2 weeks.

Order clearly says sausage egg and cheese. What i got was a cold bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Extremely disappointed after working my 12 hour shift to not get what i ordered and paid for and having to wait a long time for it. Horrible customer service. She never greeted me when I came, or asked what my order was. We stared at each other until I gave my order. In the picture is how she greeted the customer after me. They need to hire better management to run this location.
