We had supper here on our return trip to Lincoln from Dallas on a pleasant late February Wednesday night. The restaurant was nearly full. We were quickly seated and our order was placed in a timely manner.
Wednesday night’s special is Whiskey Bourbon Sirloin which is an 8 oz sirloin which has been marinated in a tasty sauce. My wife had “half an ear” of chicken fried steak (which was more than enough. We both truly enjoyed both dishes.
The entrees were very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back to this great small town steak house/cafe.

Small town place with nice people and good food. Had the ribeye, cooked perfect and tasty. Highly recommend they return the barstools to the bar! Eating alone at a table prevents the wonderful mingling that comes with a bar. Please bring back the bar stools!! And become five stars!

Great service and decent food. The Elephant Ear chicken fried steak is one of the better ones I’ve had in the state and is as big as your head.

My crew and I were traveling and finally landed, it was late 5 of us and it was almost closing time for them so cuddos to them for excepting our party so late. The service was very awesome. The steaks, shrimp and toast were cooked very well slightly over cooked on the tots but no big deal. All around great attitudes, experience and service. I would recommend.
