The quality and the quantity of the food is unquestionably superior. All of the staff except the young lady at the cash counter is very nice and friendly. The lady at the cash counter never acknowledges the customer or greets us back. I agree with other review written. This has happened multiple occasions. I visit this restaurant on regular basis. She never says ‘Hi’ or ‘Thanks’ etc.. Her attitude towards the customer is not acceptable. There are no comments on the food.

We are in there a lot get same thing always. White rice . Brisket, cheese sour cream, guacamole, and chips. It is never spicy every time we’ve come in. It hasn’t been spicy. Oh my tonight it was very spicy. They never made brisket spicy before. That’s why I ordered. It can’t have spice.

I last ate at this location about 8 years ago. I was nervous to order, but I took a chance and got the impossible burrito. AMAZING.
The best burrito I’ve had in years. Better than Bel Air Cantina—seriously. Delicious. A big burrito, hot, fresh ingredients, and made the way I ordered and on time.

All 3 of the workers here had no idea what they were doing, half of there food they didn’t have restocked when there was no one in there. Also, they gave half portion scoops of food and my bowl was barely half filed and all was cold. Not only was the food and service bad but also when I walked in One of the employees were sleeping on the bench and all were incredibly rude.

Done with this place. Came back to this location after a few months hiatus. Last time I was here I had a bad experience. Ordered a kids quesadilla and the guy who made it dropped it and was ready to serve it. Sorry pal but the 3 sec rule only applies if you drop food at home. In addition they weren’t wearing gloves when they were using chemicals to clean the tortilla warmer then serving food with bare hands. I did say something to an employee about this. She corrected it by making a new quesadilla and wearing gloves.
This time out of convenience and time, I decided to stop by. I ordered take out. Here is what I found in my food. I’m officially done. Never going back to this location regardless of convenience. They obviously don’t clean there. I’m not sure what time of bug this is but he was very attached to my plastic container. I hope it’s not a roach. BTW chips were stale too.

I walk in the woman tells me your order is about to be right up. I sit down and they serve everyone else in the line and then decide to serve me even though I was there first so no don’t go here.
