I order a regular latte which was really good. I will be back, definitely.
Other offerings were pretty standard but of high quality.
Not a bad place to stop for a quick bite.
I’ve been ordering from here deliveries, pickups and dined in a couple of times.
My wife loves their baguettes, so we will buy one every 2-4 days.
Service is mostly good but some times they will have an attitude
Food quality here unfortunately isn’t the best.
Very cozy inside, love the big glass windows that you can see the street and have some natural light while u eat.
Some things I am confuse are, why my receipt saying Maison Parisienne, which is a chain bakery but the sign outside said Paris Cafe. Also they have their own webpage. I am guessing the bake goods are form in a central kitchen and the local cafe just bake them and put in finishing touches. And why are there so many fees, look at my picture, am I buying a car or coffee?
The croissants were hands down the best we’ve ever had—buttery, perfectly flaky, and freshly baked to perfection. I had the classic croissant, and someone in our group tried the pistachio croissant, which was just as incredible—rich, nutty, and delicately sweet.
The mocha was a dream—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, with just the right touch of sweetness and depth. Another friend ordered a chai tea, and it was equally amazing—fragrant, spiced just right, and so comforting.
What truly made the experience magical was the rear garden—a serene, intimate space adorned with beautiful flowers and charming street lamps. It felt like a peaceful Parisian escape right in the heart of Chicago.
Highly, highly recommend Cafe Paris for anyone looking for a delightful treat, warm atmosphere, and top-tier pastries. We can’t wait to go back! ☕
