Social Profile:

At Shorty’s Pins x Pints retro games, like duckpin bowling, shuffleboard, bocce, foosball & pinball, are mixed with more modern elements, like a vintage style but ‘social ready’ photo booth & a digital train station split-flap sign reimagined to keep you posted on a busy schedule of “arriving & departing” beer selections + house made craft-draft cocktails. Out back, a small (but very mighty!) shipping container taco stand turns out scrumptious sharable Mexican street treats like, Al Pastor, Smoked Beef Barbacoa & Cola Carnitas Tacos. Outside, camp-style fire pits are the perfect place to relax, cozy up & take in the beautiful view of Pittsburgh’s skyline with friends – both old & new. Come roll with Shorty.

Cool little place with a lot of interactive games like Jenga, cornhole, pinball and duck pin bowing. Lanes are great for kids and I think you have to bring your own bags for the cornhole. Food was mid. I got a smash burger and was not impressed with the first presentation. (See photos). I did quietly pull the server aside and they got me a fresh double burger no charge. He went above and beyond and that makes a difference. He even got my daughter a little duck for her Diet Coke.

Stopped in for a couple drinks and to check out their holiday decorations. Super cool spot with great food and stuff to stay entertained! Free Photo Booth! Our bartender was great!

We stopped here before going on the Christmas trolly. We were immediately greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The bartenders were fantastic. The decorations were great, and the photo booth was a lot of fun. The trolly company should consider this as their bar instead of the one they use!

Had a birthday party there and worked with the Event Manager. Everything went flawlessly. Kayla (manager) and Bella (Server) were top notch and super helpful. Everyone was helpful thru the planning and executing process. I had the Riverside Bar and patio which was a perfect option for a party of around 35 people. I chose the taco bar buffet with some different salads and sandwiches and everybody thought the food was good. The drink packages available fit different styles so it was easy to choose based on the packages they offered

We had a taco bar, and it was… weird. no salsa, and the mashed sweet potatoes/brussels sprouts/corn just felt like it didn’t belong. I ordered a steak salad for myself and it was okay. The atmosphere was so much fun, the duck pin bowling was a blast and the drinks were great. our server was very attentive!

Absolutely the greatest time! Celebrated my 21st here with friends and it was so fun! Such a fun spot in the North Shore with lots of entertainment, music, people, food, and drinks. We loved the duckpins, drinks, and photo booth! Every employee was amazing! Bryce was our server and he was so fun and attentive especially on a busy Steeler game night. Karen was so helpful with planning my event via email. Jordan perfected everything the morning of when I called. Highly recommend this fun place!

Atmosphere is pretty good for a bar by the stadiums. The waiter we have is good too.
The prices for beer are completely absurd. I wouldnt have posted a review if my group didnt get food. We ordered the pizza box nacho and this has to be the saddest nachos ive ever seen in my life. $15 for a box of chips basically. There was maybe 1 cup worth of toppings put right in the center and most of the chips werent even touched. On another note, they need to take better care of there shuffleboards. You can tell that the boards havent been waxed in a long time. I will not come back or recommend this place

Two Pittsburgh Locations- one in the Waterfront and one in the North Shore. I checked out the one in the North Shore. They have indoor and outdoors seating. The outdoors seating has fire pits which make it super fun and cozy. They’ve got a full bar as well as tons of tables…great spot for groups! They have games like pinball, shuffleboard, fuse ball and lanes for duck pin bowling. The food and drink selections are great. I had the Rock Me Baby for my drink- it is vanilla vodka, passion fruit syrup, lime juice and perfect bubbly prosecco! It is served in a coop glass with the cutest little rubber duck! They recently got a new food menu that is so good! I tried the pizza box nachos which are perfect for sharing. It is house made corn tortilla chips, chili cheese sauce, pickled jalapenos, Pico de Gallo and sour cream! It is the perfect appetizer and the fact it comes in a pizza box makes it so fun! Tried the cheesesteak Sammie, which was shaved ribeye, charred peppers & onions, cheese sauce on a hoagie roll, this comes with beer battered fries. The meat on this sandwich was so flavorful! Can’t skip dessert- tried their tempura fried Oreos which are fried Oreos tossed in powdered sugar and serve with a chocolate sauce. This totally hit the spot!

Very cool spot on the North Shore. Very versatile. You can go during the day on a weekend with your kids to have lunch and enjoy duck pin bowling (I saw kids from age 2 and up having a blast), old school arcade games, shuffleboard, Jenga, cornhole and air hockey. Or, head out for the evening with your significant other or friends to enjoy cocktails and a great vibe. The food was pretty good but the menu is very limited. They also have a few non-alcoholic drinks as well if you aren’t a drinker. The games were pretty pricey, which may be a big turnoff for a lot of people. Overpriced in my opinion. The hostess and the greeter were very welcoming, but our waitress seem uninterested and didn’t seem familiar with the menu. All in all, we will go back next time we are looking for something to do in the city and have lots of extra cash. Kaching!

We came here to kill some time before dinner. There’s not much in the way of games, but enough to keep us entertained for a little while. Service was great, no problem there. We had some happy hour appetizers and they were just frozen food service snacks. I don’t think this is a destination spot for a night out or way to entertain the kids. It’s too small for both. ‍♀️
