Walked in the door around 11:40 am and a lady said, “Be with you in a moment.’ and left the counter. My wife and I waited for a couple minutes and then another customer walked in the door and lined up behind us. After a couple more minutes that lady asked if we had ordered and we told her we were still waiting to order. The employees that were in view didn’t seem particularly busy. There were no door dash orders brought out while we waited. After a couple more minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff, the lady in line behind us turned and left the restaurant. My wife suggested we leave too and we followed her out. That’s three people who won’t be coming back any time soon. I don’t know where the other lady went, but we drove down the street to McDonald’s, where our order was taken immediately, and we had our food in a fraction of the time that we had been ignored at BK.

In using the drive thru I was unable to rate the atmosphere. But know this the food is and has always been 5 star. For the price is absolutely fabulous. Went there during the busy dinner time and within this the wait was minimal. Thank you BK.

ABSOLUTELY the worst food ever!! Original chix sandwich ( cold oil? ) actually dripping with grease also was a gritty texture to the meat or breading. Jr.whopper equally just as bad bun was dry, onion so tuff couldn’t chew it, Burger king used to be my favorite Fast Food went to garbage and ill never eat there again

Very slow service. Cashier greeted me and then stopped taking my order to go deal with orders on the app. I waited 5 more minutes to place my order. This when I was the only one in line inside. Cold fries.

I just watched a very sick worker in the drive through touching her mouth and coughing over the ice….. then handling the food.

If you are sick DO NOT WORK YOU ARE INFECTING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE!!!!!!! Just paid $51 for a meal we all are probably going to now get sick from…

We have eaten at the Lewiston Id. Burger King almost every morning for the last 6 years (except during covid ) We have always had excellent service & the staff is great. They are just like family!

Same King, new face lift!

It was high time that Burger King updated from the decrepit 90’s-looking cube on Thain Rd, and what an upgrade it is.

Clean, spacious, and plenty of seating. I’m not going to to talk about the menu items (it’s Burger King, so unless you live under a rock…), the customer service, or the clientele, as they are new and hitting their stride. What I will say is that this is a vast improvement over the old location. No playground, but that’s okay, right?
