This place was on my way home. I had some food points that I wanted to use. I used my mobile app on my phone and placed my order. Then used the drive-thur to pick up my order. The time was doable and my order was correct.
My only problem was that getting in and out of this location isn’t the best. The traffic was a bit of a challenge.

So today is a special day. I’ve been told very aggressively to never come back to this McDonald’s by the supposed owner James Butler because I refused to pull up.to the next window to wait for my food. Too many times to count i have had to wait 10 plus minutes for my food or had to go in to get it because the mess up the order or forget me at the window so I no longer pull up. It only took him 15 secs to get me my food this time after he said I had to pull up and wait 2 minutes for food. So rather than listen to an issue a customer has had multiple times in the past I was told leave and never come back lol

Very rude disrespectful female staff. I ordered two $5 Chicken meals via the drive thru. I was given drinks, fries and nuggets and 2 buns with mayo and lettuce. The CHICKEN was not on the bun or in the bad. I called to report and was told anybody can remove the meat.

Autumn is exceptional, she deserves recognition. Every time I see her she is working hard and delivering great customer service at the same time.
