4 Stars – Unbeatable Convenience & Festive Fare
The most defining feature of this dining spot is its unmatched convenience. The location is absolutely key, situated right within the resort, you don’t even have to step foot outside, which is perfect whether you’re dodging bad weather or just maximizing your time on-site. For guests who want to stay immersed in the resort experience, there is simply no reason to leave the property for a meal.
During our visit, we happily leaned into the festive atmosphere by enjoying the Oktoberfest buffet, which felt perfectly fitting given we were there for the Seven Springs Oktoberfest celebration. The buffet offered a wide variety of themed food, and we enjoyed the selection.
While the food itself isn’t necessarily a culinary destination that would earn a 5 star rating, it’s consistently enjoyable, well-prepared, and hits the spot. When you factor in the sheer ease of access, this restaurant becomes the go-to, practical choice for any resort guest looking for a hearty, good meal without the hassle.

What a great restaurant. I was seated at the window to a beautiful view of the slopes. Then, treated to the wonderful buffet that had everything you could want—eggs, bacon, belgium waffles. Everything. Then, the server, Kathy, was the nicest person. Everyone working there was nice! Make sure you visit this restaurant!

We dined here a day before Thanksgiving and had a great experience. It wasn’t that crowded dining at 5pm and we were promptly seated and served. We loved the family style bread, salad, sides and desserts. Such a great idea to be able to share and also enjoy our individual entree. The sides are huge portion of mashed potatoes, pasta Alfredo and green beans. And we appreciate the warm bread service and warm mini donut holes. Our entrees of NY strip steak, chicken and shrimp were all delicious. A truly enjoyable dinner that kick-started our Thanksgiving week! We look forward to trying out the buffets!

Is the nicer and better tasting of the food options at the resort. Would recommend this place for any of the meals. They do offer evening buffets and specials that are tasty.

Definitely would not recommend or return. Dinner was a disaster. Bread was brought out with a very obvious hair right on top. Crab dip was so terribly salty, it was inedible. My husband and I both ordered the stuffed shrimp entree. Shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. The highlight of our meals was honestly, the sides of asparagus. I will give credit to the wait staff and manager. They were friendly and truly went above and beyond to make things right.

We asked for a romantic table and were astounded by the private table with an exceptional view. We both had the salmon. The drinks were great. The salad was huge. Violet and Vanessa were amazing waitresses. Beautiful restaurant inside and out. We would definitely come back!

It is a beautiful restaurant! The waiter was awesome and was attentive but the food was the worst food I ever had and I’ve spent a weekend in jail!!! It came out 5 minutes after ordering. The steak was over cooked but also freezer burnt! The stuff shrimp smelt like a bloated dead catfish swept too the shore!!! And my marry me chicken which is just rose Mary chicken smelt and tasted like it was cooked in microwave next to a Firestone tire!!! The rice was extremely dry!!! And everything cost over 30 dollars!!! The steak was 55!!! It’s overpriced and they don’t except cash. They charge for the view not the food!!! Me and my friends will never be back!! The long island iced teas were made with the cheapest tequila on earth!!!!! This restaurant is a scam!!! And the bar next door serves food from this restaurant!!! So you’re doomed if in the lodge!!!!

We were there Christmas Eve. For the seven fishes. Food was cold. Most of the desserts had peppermint on or under them over powering the flavor. Very disappointed. Our view was of pine trees not the skiers. Only thing that was good was our server, very sweet young lady.

We were not going to come in, but did! The bruschetta was amazing with the goat cheese spread on the toast! The recommended wine was a nice Spanish Tempranillo, and the New York strip was cooked to perfection with a great sauce mashed potatoes and veggies! For dessert, the Praline bourbon cheesecake was freaking great! Our waiter, Alan, was so attentive and on point with recommendations and timing! Wow! We were so delighted and really pleased with the price too!

5 years ago the Dining Room was the go to place on a Saturday night for a fantastic meal and/or buffet. Unfortunately my family ate here last night and the food quality was more like a Golden Coral than the 7 Springs Dining room, only the selection was much more limited in the dining room. The hardboiled eggs on the salad bar were FROZEN! On the plus side they were very accommodating for the little kids and the server was very good although he was covering 1/2 the tables.
