If I could give less then 1 for service and atmosphere I would if you have like 45 mins to wait after the over the phone order then go ahead and go there and if you expect to be said hello to upon entering this isn’t the place. It took forever literally to get 1 medium pizza they totally ignore you it’s just a bunch of men talking to each other while ignoring you English is not the chosen language and they can only make 1 pizza at a time so if your order has 5 ahead your waiting and very long time. I grew up on pizza Hut but I would definitely go somewhere else you didn’t feel appreciated as a patron and def not respected. If you want friendly staff and great pizza go to Dewey’s or Marco’s Pizza is great and super friendly

I ordered the triple treat box and was charged $37.08. It was supposed to be 19.99. The manager tried to swindle me like I was at a car dealership just to get a credit put back on my account. I went to call to Order again. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back three times and got no resolve,they stated that my credit was not in the system. I asked to speak to the manager who said there was nothing he could do. I reached out to corporate customer service and am waiting for some resolution. I don’t recommend eating at this establishment or ordering.

This is the best Pizza Hut in NKY. When getting carry out they always show you each pizza to make sure you are satisfied, which I always have been. Their pizzas are always perfectly topped and look straight out of the commercials. They are also very friendly and always make you feel valued. Amazing location that always fulfills my Pizza Hut craving.

They had a door dash driver take my order and the guy was driving it around in his car! It’s completely doughy and they said they would call me back and haven’t. And not only was it cold, but doughy. I don’t mind my food cooling down, it happens, but when there’s no heat and not even at room temp because the DD driver wanted to drive everywhere else but to my house, that’s ridiculous.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza for takeout.
Cheese, onions and green peppers.
I was actually shocked when I was ordering that it cost 2.50 for extra onions and an additional 2.50 for green peppers when I can buy a whole onion and a whole green pepper for less than 2.50 all together.
Definitely didn’t get the extra.
Anyway, pick up the pizza and I said a few choice words when I opened the box as there was literally 3 strips of onion and 3 strips of green pepper on a whole large pizza. ..My daughter and I were hungry so
We both put 2 slices on our plates as is. No additional seasonings or anything else. We ate exactly what was in the box.
Approx. 2 hours later she was in the bathroom for quite some time as she was in pain and having severe diarrhea.
That happened another 2 times before she felt that the worst was over.
I went to the store to buy some cleaning wipes and Lysol spray and as I was driving home the severe pain started and I was sweating profusely and I knew I had to get home ASAP.
I left everything in my car and ran like a bat out of Hell and let’s just say I’m glad I went to the store
I WILL NEVER GET FOOD FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!

I placed a pickup order and was shocked at how the employees almost avoided the customers. I know they were somewhat busy and only had 4 people working but they just seemed to have other stuff going on and not really concerned with getting customers in and out as quick as possible. The pizza was good but the breadsticks could’ve used more seasoning. Overall it wasn’t bad but just now they are in no rush.
