Hadn’t ordered from here in yrs; shoulda checked the reviews. Pizza was only half covered w/cheez & toppings; a circle in the middle. And very lil cheez for an extra cheez order, very lil topping as well. And it just wasn’t good, dried out & tasteless. My grands would only eat the part that had toppings, the naked crust got trashed. The wings were overcooked & dry. Almost $32.00 wasted, would have done better at Lil Caesar’s. I expected better from Marco’s. Never again. Update: Clearly their token comment to submit a complaint via their online form under every negative review on Google is meaningless. I did that before my review & have never heard from the store or corporate. Update: Finally heard from Marco’s; basically “sorry you didn’t like your food, hope you try us again.” Never. Lame customer service as well.

I have to give a really big shout-out to Berkley at Marco’s on Rosewood. She was extremely delightful in taking my order over the phone. Her voice exuded friendliness, sincerity and knowledge. She was equally as delightful when I went to pick up my pizza. She has a very bright future. GO BERKLEY!

I ordered a cheesesteak pizza last night at 9:12p for my hungry teenager. (They close at 10p). Said delivery would be by 9:53p. I ordered ex cheese, light mushrooms, peppers, and onions, with garlic butter crust. Not only did the Pizza NOT come until 10:14p, it was in a soggy box. So when I opened it, LOTS of mushroom, peppers and onions were tossed in the middle, the steak was burnt, and there was No garlic butter anywhere. The crust was Sooo thin, and soggy that my child just picked off some toppings of a few slices so she could have some food in her belly before bed. We are NOT satisfied at all with this order and I’m waiting on the store to open so I can call and complain.

Endlessly lazy cooking at this Marcos. Undercooked mess always arrived. This time they forgot the veggies on the pizza when cooked and threw raw veggies on the top for delivery. Don’t waste your money here!

Placed an online order at this establishment. I had the deluxe pizza with extra cheese, and some boneless garlic parmesan wings. The flavors from from the pizza, and boneless wings were average. The customer service was good.

Lady at the counter absolutely had no idea the pricing or what it all entailed.
Billboards and pricing above the register were very confusing. And she made it much worse when she couldn’t explain anything. Maybe she was a new hire, not sure. But if she was, why was she at the store by herself. Eventually, it looked like a manager was clocking in, and she was clocking out. Was super disappointed when he told me the actual pricing. Much different prices from what she was saying.
Bit in the end, my wife wanted their pizza and it was the bomb. Way better than Little Caesars. Sorry, it’s TYtrue. But it was hella lot more in price as well.

This was the first time we ever had their Pizza and it was fresh, hot and delicious! We ordered a large with 2 toppings ( ground beef and pepperoni) for $12 plus tax. Our order was made in a timely manner and the pizza was cheesy with fresh dough. We will return and recommend them for some good pizza.
