I had 3 EXTREMELY simple orders, 1 taco for 2 orders and nachos for another order. Not a single person behind me and was told they can only do two orders in the drive thru. Each person paying cash so the change was necessary. Why is that complicated? No different than 3 cars ordering a taco each or one car ordering half the menu(time-wise). It takes more energy to be not be accommodating and provide simple customer service than to be rude and then not provide change, making it an extra stop for me over ONE simple transaction. I understand guidelines, but have some flexibility. In this case it was a single taco(again Noone behind me).

Again, Taco Bell was a disappointment.
The service was friendly and fast but the food just sucks. I ordered a Gordita Box and everything was just put in one bag with the crunchy tacos in the very bottom. I got home which was a 5 min drive and everything was just a mess.
My steak nachos looked nothing like the photo or commercial.

Went through drive through and the young lady at the window and speaker was very unprofessional. Sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Asked her a question about a specific item and she said “we have whatever is on the menu” very rude response. No help at all. Not returning to this location

It’s not fast food when it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Was expecting a five minute run for Taco Bell as in a rush but ended up being much longer. Got a bean burrito and beefy 5 layer only. Would’ve left the line but there was no way to get out of it. It makes sense if someone ordered a big meal so it’d take longer, but have them pull over or something.
Change to one star, gave me some ripped up burrito. Disgusting place

Well this particular location seldom gets your order right. I always prepare myself to go back right after I get home. Certainly I could count the items and make sure its right but, I find that another visit inside with your receipt and speaking to the Manager will get you what you ordered and..most of the time some extra food and a coupon for a few free tacos. I don’t like to state this as I like this location but they do have issues and its not new I have lived in the area over 5 years and it has always been like this…

The kids that work here lack basic customer service skills. They’re in the kitchen having a blast and cracking jokes until a customer arrives and then they put a frown on their face real quick. You’d think they’d at least get the order right…. But they don’t do that either. This is a regular occurrence at this location by the way. Re-train them or hire staff that knows better.

This restaurant tried to deny me service based on my handicap. I am hearing impaired impaired and after a few attempts at understanding them in the drive through i asked to move forward to continue placing my order. They said no. I did anyway because they cant deny me service for not being able to hear. There was no one else in the line anyway. After placing my order someone did pull up behind me and they wanted me to pull back around and go through the line again. Ridiculous service. They messed up my order in 2 ways which feels on purpose leaving my daughter without her food and me without utensils for my food. We are in a hotel so using from home isn’t an option. Thanks for making an already stressful day travel for family illness even worse.
