-Update 1/22/2026 Actually visited Social in person today and once again was very impressed. Cute little sports bar in Waldo with a warm atmosphere. Service was great, and even though neither Shawn or Dave was there, our server took great care of us! Highly recommend the Waldo Rolls and today I tried the Social Burger. Both were stellar! Location is a little tricky to get into because of nearby construction, but the food is well worth a little extra effort to get there!
-Actually got a Grubhub order from here, so I can’t accurately review the service or atmosphere, but I can tell you that the food is AMAZING! I ordered the burnt ends burger and it was delicious. The bbq burnt ends were tender atop a nice hamburger patty and the combination of the two totally rocked. I ordered caramelized onions on top of mine and did not regret spending a little extra for such a lovely flavor blend. The order also came with queso for the burger, but I opted to use the queso for my order of onion rings and was happy with that decision as well. Pricing was very fair for the amount of food they give you. Overall, I was really impressed and I’m looking forward to visiting this establishment in person next time; and oh yes, there will be a next time

Social Waldo has some delicious tacos! They serve double-decker beef or chicken tacos for only $2.50 every Tuesday, and honestly, they remind me of Taco Bell tacos, except they taste better. They fill them with plenty of meat and toppings, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
Social Waldo is a bar, and the lighting is dim except in the main bar area. Eric was the first waiter/bartender who helped me, and he was great. I’ve already been back three times since, and I’ll be back again next Tuesday for more tacos.
Their happy hour runs from 3–7 PM, during the week, and Extended Happy Hour on Friday from 3–9 PM. Get there!
Tuesdays are Tacos & Tequila, and you can’t beat the deals:
$2.50 double-decker tacos
$5 tequila shots
$3 Mexican beers
$5 margaritas
They also have great specials throughout the week:
Monday: All-Day Happy Hour (11 AM–midnight)
Tuesday: Tacos & Tequila
Wednesday: Sammie’s (KC Cheesesteak or Nashville Hot Chicken) for $10 with a side (11 AM–10 PM)
Thursday: $8 burgers with a side
Friday: Extended Happy Hour from 3–9 PM
Sunday: Brunch with $1 off domestic Big Boy beers
On two other visits, I tried the Mini NachoDaddy from the happy hour menu—and there was nothing mini about it. I honestly thought they brought the whole dinner portion. I couldn’t finish it either time! Note that during happy hour, the nachos only come with steak or chicken.
Great food, great prices, and definitely worth checking out.

This was my first time here. I saw them featured on the local news, so I thought I would give them a try. It was a Tuesday, and I already knew they had a taco special. Double Decker beef tacos for $2.49 and chicken for $3.49. I had 3 beef tacos and an order of fries. I’m a big eater and wasn’t sure the tacos would fill me up, but I was wrong. I couldn’t finish the fries because the tacos were loaded with plenty of meat, lettuce,cheese, and pico. All the food was delicious. The gentleman working seemed to be working the bar and waiting tables by himself and was doing a fine job. It wasn’t too busy for lunch. There is a big sign on the wall showing the daily specials for each day. The bathrooms were a bit differently set up. Each room was actually its own stall. Overall a great choice for lunch or dinner. Great prices, delicious food, and a nice variety of dishes. I will be back to try a burger next time.

It was a nice night so the garage door was up to let in the fresh air. I grew up in Waldo so it will always be “home” to me, and I will definitely be back. ❤️

The owner is a top notch guy. He takes care of us every time we come in, including carving out a small area of a reserved section so we could have a place to sit. The food here has no business being as good as it is. Brunch menu is a unique take on some classic favorites, and the bellinis are cheap and way bigger than you get elsewhere. This is our go to brunch spot. It is VERY sports oriented, so if having the game on and people cheering annoys you, this is not the place for you. But we like the atmosphere!

Hey Social, how about if you maybe mark your to-go orders properly so food couriers aren’t given the entirely wrong order? The name “Jennifer” is a pretty common one. Every other restaurant that uses food couriers for delivery attach an order receipt or some other identifiers to the bag that’s got the order in it. But you just think a name that’s written in barely legible sharpie is a good system? Cool cool cool.

There are televisions on every wall playing different games and sports so that everyone is able to watch a game of their choosing. On Tuesday’s, The Social serves $2 tacos and $5 margaritas which is such a good deal! At 7PM on Tuesday’s, music bingo starts and it is completely free to play! i liked this bar but waitress way over charged us on things we didn’t order. owner stepped in then tried to literally fight us and told us to watch our tone when we wanted the correction. horrible business ethic and ownership. sorry to say we’ll never be back.the owner when to dm me and harassed me more. also keeps harassing me more and more because he didn’t like the bad review. i did pay for my buddy’s tab and i know exactly what we got. you can see other reviews of people being over charged. they only pre with one card and charge the entire table one tab even if it’s separate. you can see by his response he’s mad and that they’re in the wrong he will not admit it. plus they charged gratuity for 4 people on my buddy’s check when the menu says 6 people is the minimum. i never asked where my drinks were and said we haven’t ordered yet because the waitress took 30-40 to check on us so we never got the chance to order. if you check the cameras i had to ask her everytime she walked by to order anything.
