The four star review is for the fresh fruit cup that we were able to immediately purchase at this location of Einstein Bros Bagel. We initially were going to purchase more however the wait was 37 minutes for a bagel! Everything looks good, but that wait time is way too long.

This place was a favorite of mine in my years attending WCU. It’s a great choice for a quick bite before classes (as long as you show up early), and the meal deal is super convenient if you have a meal plan. Menu availability could be a bit better at times, but I had many good experiences there overall.

If you’re willing to wait, it’s not a bad place for a quick bite or breakfast. The line can get really long, so I tend to go there earlier in the day if I go there. I’ve never had an issue regarding service. There’s one older gentleman who is very friendly and kind. Beyond that it’s what you would expect from a chain bagel and coffee shop.

It has good bagels but it’s not the place for a quick bite too eat. Wait time is usually thirty minutes or sometimes an hour because of how busy they get. Only come here once in a blue moon now because of it.

Great breakfast spot! Employees are always so nice, and offer amazing service! There are so many options to choose from between the different kinds of bagels, spreads, and sandwiches! Decent coffee/tea selection but always a great choice!

The food is good, but the lines are so long to the point where its inexcusable. The place is managed very inefficiently, several minutes will go by before someone will even take your order. Even a SHORT line at this place can take over a half hour to get through. The line would move so much quicker if there was someone taking orders one after the other, instead of taking one order and then going in the back for 10 minutes. People also cut in line constantly, you’ll see giant groups of people who think its okay to jump in front of everyone else just because they see a friend of theirs in the line. Really infuriating. Not many places have a line that can actually move backwards.

So nice, great employees, quality food. Even when they are busy the employees always do their best to help you. One time they made a mistake in my order and apologized and personally fixed it right away and gave me a cookie :’) made my day, can’t find this great of service everywhere

Even though there’s a counter you are forced to order through the kiosk or grubhub and the kiosk doesn’t even work. Won’t be trying them again. Can’t even place a simple order without jumping through crazy hoops. I know it’s crazy thinking to just order from a human being these days rather than download stuff onto my phone just to get a bagel.
