Ordered 2pc wings with mashed potatoes no gravy, the wings were luke warm dry and very small crust was very hard , When I got my order I had to ask for napkins and silverware had no response when I said thank you the guy just closed the window . The ticket said cashier Jacob C but the name tag he was wearing had a different name. Employees all seemed a little shady I won’t be back .

Been waiting for my order for over 20 minutes and there’s a homeless woman (bless her heart) but she’s heckling everyone she sees and I don’t understand what the wait is. It is 1pm on a Tuesday. Floor Managers, district managers. Read this. Y’all need more staff or something. At this point, I just want my money back and I’m on a lunch break and I now I won’t even be eating anything during that timeframe. Really disappointed. Y’all have to do better.
Please tell me there’s more than one person working and not someone doing both the cooking and taking orders. Because the person who took my order was also the person who handed me my food. Whoever y’all left to do work by herself, should get at least a $5 raise cause that’s very stingy on whoever made the schedule and pretty inconsiderate.

Terrible attitude from the manager the one with the bubble eyes, very poor management. Shouldn’t nobody that is paying their money be treated with rolling eyes upon walking into this establishment. From the moment me & my family walked in attitude & for what to eat a quick bite. This establishment from my understanding hasn’t been there that long. If they close down I definitely wouldn’t be surprised. So many orders were messed up it was ridiculous. Manger needs to be retrained, and not count the money openly in front of ppl. They have a room for that…Our chicken was ok..But we will not be returning & corporate should just pop up what a joke, and bunch of confusion all over the place. Manger was awful, Yes she kept rolling her eyes like we did something wrong.

My husband and I walked in to pick up a Favor order and none of the employees acknowledged us when we walked in and it took the drive-thru employee to acknowledge us while there was two other employees that looked straight at us and another employee that was going on break God didn’t say anything to anybody about customers being at the door. And the employees continued on having a conversation and starting conversations while we were standing there waiting to be helped and once we were helped is the manner that the employee spoke was very condescending and rude.

Wish I would have seen the reviews before I went here. Went here at 11:00 am on 10/17/25 and I was the only customer there. Ordered a 3 piece combo with fried okra and a side of rice. I only got 2 small burnt pieces of chicken, the okra was burnt and not even half the container of rice was filled up with overcooked mushy rice. Of course there was no receipt in the bag and it wouldn’t have mattered anyways because I work in the refinery down the street so I couldn’t come back to complain if I wanted to. Tried calling the number provided and of course no answer. Will probably never order from any Church’s ever again because I’m not paying $15 dollars for inedible food and they hire people that can’t count out 3 pieces of chicken when it’s not even busy.

let me start out with a compliment. I frequent this location at least 2 times a week. There has been quit an improvement with flavor and freshness. however, on today and last week there is something totally different. The chicken has been horrible. I ordered spicy chicken, and it was everything but spicy. I returned it thinking it was a mistake and no it was the same (bland and soggy). They for sure do not have the same staff as when they re-opened. I love church’s but I’m not sure I will be returning I don’t have money to keep throwing away.

I ordered from the Drive-Thru because there was no line , but it took a while for them to make my food and I had to drive around and wait in the parking lot. The whole order from start to finish took about 20 minutes. The food was average nothing crazy good but not bad.

I wanted all white meat spicy. They said they can’t do all white. So I asked for mixed spicy. I got mixed without spicy. They were rude at the drive thru. I’m done with this place!
