I’m highly disappointed with my recent experience. The pizzas are no longer the same quality — they barely use any cheese, and the flavor has gone downhill.
On top of that, I stood in front of the counter for 12 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The staff seemed distracted, and I actually had to yell just to point out that my order was sitting right in front of them. That kind of service is unacceptable.
Domino’s used to be my go-to for pizza, but this experience makes me rethink coming back.

If I could give this store no stars I would!! I go in and the guy cutting pizzas with no gloves. I ask him about it and he says, “We don’t have any gloves.” None in the store!! I look around and nobody has on gloves!!! Instead of their manager going to the store to get some OR getting some from another store!! PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE! You may get sick

My family eats pizza almost every week. We frequently order from Domino’s, as it’s a great balance of price and taste.
I have had the opportunity to regularly eat at Domino’s across the country.
This store is a solid 4.5 stars. I rounded up to 5 for their customer service.
The pizzas are delicious and flavorful and well-baked/fresh. I only order carry-out so I cannot speak of delivery issues.
This store is clean, and the customer service is good. The store gets VERY busy so I have learned to order early to avoid the weekend crush. That being said, I have absolutely had to wait for at least an hour for my pizza if I order after 5pm.
I think the biggest issue this location has is that it just has one double oven. It limits how many pizzas can go in at once, and it takes about 8 minutes for them to bake. Even with a conveyor belt, the pizzas get backed up. Usually their inside staffing is good (not sure about drivers).
I have witnessed this happen twice and the shift manager is always gracious and deals with the issue appropriately. The other issue I have dealt with is that I order plain crusts, without seasoning, and a few times they have accidentally put seasoning on (it’s the default order to have it). Both times they caught it before it was given to me. Once they remade it, and the second time, I told them it was okay as is.
All in all, it’s a great location, and I’m very satisfied with my carry out orders. I think the main issue that comes up for people is when the store gets slammed on weekend nights, and then the pizzas are delayed.
They do have a dine-in option (tables to sit at) which is unusual.

I had an order that I paid for tap to pay the cashier told the manager that she didn’t see on her screen that it was paid. I went as far as showing them that the money was deducted from my account and the kiosk said transaction successful. He said that he canceled the order. I called my bank and Domino’s did get my money. Now I have to do the legwork to recover my money. Before this I recommend them but I will never go back to this store. The store in Hinesville on Memorial Drive would’ve handled this differently. Convenience isn’t always the best choice.

I’m sure my pizzas taste fine but I’m sick and tired of paying full price for cheap pizza and the lazy workers don’t even care enough to cut the slices straight. Check the photos, it’s absurd. How much time does that take and how much is the minimum amount of pride you have to take in your job to do this right? I picked up my pizza 2/11/25 from the Richmond Hill hwy 17 store at 630pm.

Frequently ordered from this domino’s location, good food and good prices. Store is clean and the staff were friendly. Only once did they lose my order and had to wait for 20 minutes for them to make me a new order. Otherwise generally my go to for pizza.

We ordered our pizza around 9:30pm, after an hour we had not received our order, and the app showed that it was still getting prepped. We call and they said our order was done, that they were just waiting on the delivery driver to make the delivery. At 11:13pm we called again and they said they were about to send our food. We were so disappointment my kids were already asleep by that time and my whole family was ready for bed. I had to cancel my order.

Good gravy the pizzas are horrible. Overcooked and tasteless. Staff were very quick and very nice. I worked for Dominoes in college and once in a while I like to get pizza. I dismissed the 3.9 score to my own detriment. Pass on this company for the near future.

Pizza tracker said order ready in a few minutes. Got to store and they said come back in 25 minutes. 1/3 of pizza?crust was missing! Horrible Pizza! Not worth the money!
