The coffee is really good, no bitter taste. I liked it well enough I found some k-cups of their brand of coffee they use at Publix and bought some to take home.
You can buy bag of coffee right there inside the restaurant as well.
an extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional situation at this establishment. Walking in to grab lunch around 11:30 a.m. on 3/5/26, my family and I were immediately met with a very unsettling interaction between the staff and another customer.
An elderly man who was dining by himself informed the staff that he ordered tuna instead of turkey on his sandwich. Mind you he said this in a very calm manner and in no way, shape, or form was rude to the staff. Just simply informing them of THEIR mistake that he seemed very understanding of (as later confirmed by his receipt).
Instead of resolving this issue, customers including my family and I were subjected to listening to the staff members argue amongst themselves and blame one another, repetitively stating, “I didn’t make this” and “It wasn’t me who took that order”. We were even told to “wait to order” while this continued.
First, customers should not be forced to wait and in this matter WATCH staff members argue and try to blame one another about who did what.
How about…it doesn’t matter who did it…just fix it.
Second, as this was going on this one employee in particular took the “responsibility” to deal with this man as she screamed across the establishment how “This man is claiming we made his sandwich wrong, when we didn’t!”
Minutes later (proven wrong) this woman comes out with his new sandwich and tosses it on his table without saying a single word. Then the man (in the calmest voice) asks, “Isn’t this supposed to have cheese too ?” Then the woman snaps back at him saying, “Sir, I watched them make it, it’s underneath!” and then she just storms off.
Observing this as local customer I will not be coming back to this establishment, and the woman who took on this issue should be fired (an elderly woman with dark hair). It seemed as if she had a personal issue or agenda out against this customer, because no one else in there was getting treated with such disrespect. As this customer did nothing wrong to deserve that type of treatment.
• Food is great and they have a pesto sauce that really adds flavor to any basic sandwich.
• Their service is what really stands out. Their employees are knowledgeable and they look like they really care about their service (which is uncommon in the food industry today).
• They have a coffee shop part to their café that has an enormous amount of flavor options. If your “go to” coffee drink isn’t listed on their menu, they could probably make some version of it for you.
The Not-so-Good:
• There’s not a lot to say here. Maybe the amount of seating inside? They make up for this through speedy service and a drive-thru option.
Overall, it’s the better choice to stop for a good coffee and breakfast sandwich to support local shops. They’ll beat the service from any chain by a mile.
