Right off the bat I knew before ordering this was gonna be bad, I pull up to “what do you want” and received this tall glass of sugar milk for $6 lol he handed it to me and just walked away and slammed the window closed

Slowest Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve been to and has about a 70% correct order rate last trip to the five through with 4 cars in front of me took 18 minutes. If you have the day off and would like to spend it with your car in park eating on your incorrect order. This is the place to be

There is another Dunkin’ close. Go to that one. This one is terrible. They take forever. The staff is just standing around inside. And they got my order wrong twice over. Especially egregious, I specified hot coffee and was given iced. It’s snowing outside. Terrible.

I’m not sure if it’s worth putting this because there are many bad reviews and nothing is done about it. This Dunkin has horrible service, slow and unfriendly and the staff was too busy socializing and not paying attention. Nobody inside and we were third car in drive thru. Horrible long wait and gave part of order and said ok have a good day. We said we are missing the other part of our order. Maybe if she was working and paying attention. Took her name but don’t want to slander anyone. But I think the owner needs to take more pride in the business because like many others, we are going to another one

They need to do a better job training the gentleman behind the counter on New Year’s Eve. Bringing things over and throwing them on the table, not making eye contact, and just being rude for no reason. I get it holidays get busy but we were the only people in the location. Do better!

Asked for a medium iced tea with light cream in it, they hand me one that looked like it was 100% cream. The next one they hand me after I brought it to their attention has pretty much the same amount of cream. They told me “This is the darkest we can make it.” Me being in a huge rush for work, I grabbed it. Total waste of time and money.
