The description of chili states meat, meat and more meat. I purchased two bowls of chili. This location has the audacity to serve HOT DOG chili. You can’t make this stuff up! I was so disappointed and wanted chili, that I went to Wendy’s. It’s really sad when a fast food restaurant has far superior quality.

My experience at McAlister’s was hectic at first. I went on the day they offered free sandwiches with a drink purchase for T-Mobile customers, and it was definitely chaotic. My order wasn’t ready at the time stated, and the store seemed short-staffed, so I decided to just leave instead of causing a problem. The next day, I called and spoke with the manager, Chrissy (I believe that was her name), and she was so kind and understanding. She immediately made things right and compensated my meal without hesitation. Her professionalism completely turned the situation around. Great customer service and very much appreciated!

Wow! I am so impressed with McAlister’s Deli and this location. I recently joined their rewards club and decided to try their delivery service. It is outstanding!! Not only do I feel better about being able to order directly from them instead of the restaurant having to pay 20-30% to one of those price-gouging delivery services, it’s also a faster delivery time, more convenient for me, and less expensive.
Anyway, look at this pic!! It was all hot, and looked perfect, and tasted incredible!!!
Fyi, I learned that they have a new ” tea pass” for only $6.99. It’s good for 30 days. I ordered it tonight and your first beverage is included (normally $2.99). If you are a tea fanatic like me, it is so worth it! I usually get tea about 3x/week.

In the last month this location has messed up 3 orders, however today was my last time ordering from them. I called and the Manager didn’t care at all he was just rushing me off the phone and told me to call Grubhub well sir this wasn’t there fault whoever bagged my food didn’t put the correct item in the bag and now I’m stuck with a soup I don’t eat and no condiments nor utensils for my Spud which thankfully was correct. I ordered a potato soup and received a broccoli soup and it doesn’t even have my name on it.

Trash service from Andrew today when I went in for free tea day. I was in line for the one register that was open. He was bagging food and then walked up to the other register and just looked at me so I wasn’t sure if I should approach or not. So I walk up to see and he says “do you want to order or not?” I don’t know who pissed in his cheerios this morning, but y’all need to keep him in the kitchen where he doesn’t have to interact with customers.
