We’ve been coming here for every anniversary for 3 years now, the service is always very accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu as my partner has a citrus allergy. Our server came in clutch with a good recommendation based on this and we had once again a very memorable experience and a delicious meal. The crab rice this most recent time was SO GOOD. The mahi mahi was delicious and its nice to see brocollini on a menu.
You can tell the kitchen cares about quality, with much of the menu being locally sourced, and the sauces are homemade. The attention to detail when creating the menu is noted. The menu changes seasonally which keeps things exciting. PLEASE ALWAYS KEEP THE BREAD PUDDING we will both die without it.

Just stopped in for a lite evening meal. Smoked trout dip, wedge, simple salad, and a Bermuda onion leek soup. The soup tasted as if the onion caramelization had been a little burned, as there was an off taste to the soup. Everything else was excellent. Service was very good. Worth a return visit when in the area again. Additionally, the bartender makes some excellent adult beverages.

Avoid the Seafood Absolute!
In general I like Vincent’s. However, I was very disappointed with the dinner choice – Seafood Absolute – on Valentine’s day with my wife. The Seafood Absolute dish was advertised as having scallops, clams, shrimp and lobster. However, it came with a SINGLE scallop, NOT MULTIPLE scallops which is even more disappointing especially since the scallop was actually the only part of the dish with good flavor. The sauce was fishy and otherwise really bland, and the bright yellow pasta was UGH! Though I don’t ever expect to order it again, they should add 3 things to make it better for others – (1) multiple scallops, (2) flavorful sauce, and (3) some bread. My wife got the Wagyu Meatloaf which she really enjoyed (phew!). I rate the Seafood Absolute as a 0 (Zero) and the Wagyu Meatloaf was a 5. I will go back, but I won’t order the Seafood Absolute and would recommend you steer clear of it.

I had higher expectations based on reviews / prices. I ordered the shrimp and grits but based on description I was very disappointed. The taste was off putting for me, and strong tomato taste. Not traditional southern shrimp and grits. The shrimp were overcooked and very hard to eat. The shrimp also had a very weird taste to them. I could not stomach them, but they did take it back and let me order something else. I did find it stranger how quickly the meal came out a sign that this was simply just a heating up situation and not fresh.
The Cesar salad actually took longer, although it was fresh I found the fried pork belly a bit strange. The atmosphere is nice, I sat outside and it has a nice outside seating. The service was good. Overall my experience for the food was not the best, I’m sure there are better things on the menu.

Awesome restaurant in Blairsville! The bartender Cheyenne was fantastic and was able to make drinks for the entire restaurant while taking care of me and others seated at the bar. The food was fantastic and definitely different. There are many options on the menu but I chose to see how the steak burger measures up, and I was pleasantly surprised. I heard that the burgers were hand-made with short rib and brisket and you can definitely taste the difference. Hats off to the chef. Thanks to Vincent and Cheyenne!

Vincent’s Copper Top is absolutely AMAZING. The food was so delicious, the service was fantastic and the portions were so generous! I got the Berkshire Pork Chop and it was SO good. My husband got one of the specials and it did not disappoint!! If you are coming in from out of town, definitely make this part of your trip like we did!

We were lucky to find this place. Went downtown on a Sunday and most places were closed. Loved the atmosphere, kind of upscale rustic. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. A few dishes were so popular they sold out. We started with a spinach type dip with toasted Naan bread. Creamy and delicious. My partner had the wagyu meatloaf with mashed potato and green beans. Very flavorful but I liked the green beans best. I had a fried chicken on a sage biscuit with pimento and pork belly. It was a really nice sweet and savory dish when the hot syrup was added. We split a chocolate lava cake that was pretty good. The cake had a good crumb texture. Was a really good meal and will go back.

Service was great, Salisbury steak was one little hamburger patty, instant mashed potatoes with no sour cream, butter or any spices. It may have been a hungry man TV dinner but I think they come with 2 burgers. Green beans were the high light of the meal. Wedge salad, onion soup and TV dinner 50. Amazing!

I don’t normally give reviews under a three, but our experience here was below par, especially due to the prices.
Just because you charge a lot for something doesn’t automatically make it a great meal.
We ordered the fried catfish. It was swamped out on the bottom because they plated it right on top of the grits. It was also full of bones. We also orders the sliders. The meat was nearly raw and the bun was inedible from being blood soaked.
We were drawn in because of how nice it looking inside and thought it would be a good meal. Our food was so bad that we were scared to complain or send anything back.
This was our first and last visit here.

This restaurant is very pretty. Very cabin-like inside which is nice. Came on Sunday for brunch. We got 2 coffees. I had a BLT omelette with home fries and biscuit. All of this was very good. My husband got the chicken and waffles and the chicken was delicious but I’m almost positive the waffles were the Belgian waffles you buy at Sam’s or Costco. They were tasty but for $17 I wish it had been a homemade waffle. Our bill came to $50 with tax, extra credit card charge and tip. Food was definitely not worth $50
