This was my first time stopping here to eat, and honestly it left me with a bad impression.
I would like to explain what happened:

First, I stopped to have lunch, but I also use that time to work on documents for my construction business—I make payments, deposits, send emails, etc.
I kindly asked if they could help me with the WiFi since there is no signal inside. The waitress told me she didn’t know, so I asked to speak with the manager to see if she could help me for just a couple of minutes while my order was being prepared.

The manager told me, quite rudely, to go outside to get signal. Then she gave me more excuses, saying her daughter was the one who knew about the WiFi and that I should go ask at the register.
I simply mentioned that it didn’t seem right, since she works there and should know more about it than I do.

On top of that, the tortillas were very cold and fell apart, and the meat didn’t have good seasoning.
My plan to return with my family and continue eating here ended on this very first visit.

P.S. I hope you take this matter into consideration.
Nowadays we all depend on good communication and on receiving a respectful, polite treatment from staff.
The time I could have spent — or we could have spent — dining inside was lost due to the lack of proper attention.

El Racho Restaurant is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Eastman, Georgia. We visited from PA to see our family and were blown away by the restaurant’s atmosphere and friendly staff. The service was efficient and polite, and we didn’t experience a long wait for our food, even when the restaurant became busy shortly after we arrived.

Was passing thru Eastman and Googled restaurants and decided to try El Rancho! It was delicious! The crew was top notch! Definitely will be back!! Highly recommended.

I got the Texan Fajitas for two so I could have leftovers for today!

This place has been a go-to since I first came to Eastman in ‘17-‘18, and ever since I always order either the El Rancho Deluxe ( ) or the Shrimp Fajitas ( ), both are good but if you get the 1st one I named make sure it has cheese on it, because sometimes I forget to add it on!

New location is a bit noisier than their old location. No carpet and exposed ceiling makes it noisy. However, the new furniture looks all handmade and very pretty.
Our dinner was excellent and arrived in a timely manner.

This was our first time to visit this welcoming restaurant. Enjoyed the thin, fresh tortilla chips and mild salsa while deciding what to order from the large menu.We decided on the grilled chicken covered with queso and bell peppers and the shrimp enchiladas. For dessert we enjoyed the sopapillas drizzled with honey. The only item we did not care for was the refried beans. The main courses and rice were very tasty. Friendly staff and a clean dining room made for an enjoyable dinner. Check it out!
