First ordered a chicken wrap light sauce and a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich (Hold the ranch, hold the onions).
And three roast beef sandwiches. Got home found my chicken wrap look like a soup sandwich.
I did not look at the turkey bacon ranch that was my wife’s so I turned around to go get my wrap replaced they did replace the wrap when I got home, my wife showed me her sandwich. It had onions on the Turkey sandwich and no Turkey.
I’m through with these fast food junk stores.

Positive interaction with the crew. Overall clean dining area. First time trying one of their hamburgers. The patty was a little dry and lacking in taste.

Too little for too much could sum it up. I needed some meat and potatoes or vegetables. No longer have crinkle fries so no potatoes for me. I opt for Mac and cheese but it must be made with gold for the quantity/price. Got the steak nuggets which was a big mistake. Driest, toughest, tasteless chunks of shoe sole ever. Personality of staff that day matched the shoe sole. And to think I normally LOVE Arby’s.

Went to get roast beef sandwiches ask for the sauce and got none. Drove 20 minutes back up there and the rude lady Tammy told me I should have checked my bag. Well you know what when you tell them you want it and they ask if you want it why should you have to check your bag. She did tell me well I guess next time you will check your bag and slapped the sauce on the counter. I told her she didn’t have to be a smartass. Told her there would not be a next time because I would never come there again. That is the worst Arbys I have ever been in. I will tell everyone my experience there. I will also call the district manager.

Do not waste you’re time or hard earned income on “restaurant”. My wife picked up 2 meals from here, both containing roast beef. Bothe sandwiches were raw and bloody in the middle. She called the store to tell them about the issue asking for a manager, she got the drive through worker, not a manager, and he did not seem to care. He listened to her complaint, said he could exchange it for something else then sat the phone down before she could answer him. We listened to a 9 minute conversation between employees not related to our issue and most of it was just personal conversations all together. After the wait and no one answer as she repeatedly said hello loudly, she hung up. The store is ran with incompetence, and horrible customer service. There are several other places to choose from. We decided not to bother with the offer of replacement, and why would we. If the service is already this bad, what else would we need to worry about? Certainly can’t trust a scorned kitchen worker, never know what you may get. She your money, McDonald’s is right across the street. For that matter, KFC is a better choice.

Worst place ever! The people there don’t care about much. We ordered loaded fries and got machine parts in our food! Upon calling to inform them I get from the manager that I needed to be careful with that and there would probably be more parts in other peoples food. Real nasty place. Unconcerned employees. Cold food. And machine parts.

The worst food I’ve ever gotten from Arby’s. The fries were cold and the chicken on my sandwich was burnt and with it being drive threw only my mom had to knock on the door and it took 20 mins to make a new one and it still had bad tomatoes and brown lettuce. Also while we were there a man had an issue with getting his food through the drive threw he had ordered 4 meals and only 1 came out and they were refusing to give him his food or his money because they didn’t give him the recipe even though he was showing on his bank card that he spent $30. I will never go back and maybe I can save someone else there time and money.
