I had an outstanding experience at Pizza Hut today. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. My order was prepared quickly, accurately, and with clear attention to quality. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I hoped for—everything from the crust to the toppings was spot-on.
What truly stood out was the level of customer service. The team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a positive experience. In a time when great service can be hard to come by, today’s visit was a perfect reminder of what I’ve missed from restaurants these days.

First time I’ve been back to Pizza Hut to dine in since before March 2020. It was closed to dine in until recently. It’s definitely not the same. Dine on paper plates with plastic cuterly but I could get by with that. Salad bar was good with a good selection. The pizza on the other hand was not good. Five pizzas out on the buffet and they either looked like or tasted like frozen pizzas from the box. Not the same buttery, savory crust. Very dissappointing because I’ve always been a fan of their Pizza. May try one to go to see if it’s a buffet thing but can’t say I would return to dine in.

This place has really been renovated well. Nice little salad bar like they had in the 90s, my pizza came out so good, I still live their marinara more than any other pizza chain. And I was given great service by the employees.

Newly remodeled. Tried the lunch buffet since it was back and being advertised. No salad bar. Everything paper and disposable. Dinning room not cleaned. Pizza bar poorly stocked and scarcely refilled. $14. Won’t return.

It’s super depressing when you have had a really really long day, and finally hey to a hotel, n your starving, you order a pizza literally with your last $25 to your name, from 1.9 miles away… the pizza shows up, n its cold cold. Like not energy a little warmth to it.. and of course no. Microwave in this messed up hotel… I’m just bummed today and that cold pizza made it way worse thanks

Horrible experience I placed my order at 10 pm and never received my pizza. Whenever I called the phone would just ring and ring and ring and no one would answer. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never order Pizza Hut again.
