Absolutely disgusting!!!! The guy cooking the pizza has a shirt on covered in cat hair, mixed with flour.. whole front of his cat hair covered shirt is covered in flour from him making pizzas….. watched him touch everything but the hand soap then applied the pepperoni on the pizza. If u buy pizza from here, make sure its in the box b4 u go in the store. Imagine what’s under his fingernails…… disgusting behavior.

Ordered two pizzas online on a Sunday night around 6:20, and the store was shut down by the time I arrived to pick them up at 7:00. Police had barricaded the entrance and said that an employee just recently had an emergency and to go home. In what world does losing one employee shut down a whole restaurant? The pizzas should well have been done by that point, according to the time given in my confirmation email, so why not give us the food? Besides that night, the store seems to always be understaffed, and employees there are often unresponsive and unhelpful if there is an issue with an order. Such a shame since Papa Johns is usually this family’s go-to place, but it looks we’ll be going to Pizza Hut from now on.

Worst experience ever at papa johns. Called my order in at 615 on a Friday. Ok the wait is 45 min no problem. Show up at 7pm get waited on about 715 after the girl working front counter goes outside and talks to her friend while customers are standing there. Low and be hold she has my order in the computer

Placed an order through the app for delivery. After several minutes I received a phone call stating they do not deliver at this location. The website states there is delivery, the app takes delivery orders as well as the app also accepted a 15% tip for the driver that they do not have. Went to the location to pick up my order and there was one employee . Call the manager and gave my list of problems all she could do was say I am sorry. Bottom line I do like Papa John’s pizza and the food dis not disappoint, but the staff is obviously not trained well especially the manager. I was told by the employee this was not the first time that have received delivery orders but yet the manager stated she was trying to get this problem fixed….. apparently she is not trying hard enough. We will not be visiting this location again.

Worst experience at a Papa John’s and refuse to go back after trying them twice. Pizza tasted like a greasy piece of cardboard with fake cheese…gross. Customer non-service too, not nice. Don’t honor the national chain coupons either.

This place just can’t get their act together. Everytime I order something they either get the order wrong, you wait an hour to get your order, or they are out of something you had already ordered. I cannot imagine the amount of wasted food they must go through in wrong orders and complimentary items. Well I have finally learned my lesson tonight after waiting almost two hours to get a pizza (they messed up the first one ofcourse) I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to the LaCrosse location and I suggest that you do the same!

We were told food would be done in 15 mins it was more like 30 mins. The pizza was so thin it didn’t hold any toppings the grease went through the box on my boyfriend’s shirt and all over the back seat of the car. The garlic knots were the size of a quarter smh terrible food and terrible service.

Quick preparation. Was ready in 15 minutes. Nice staff. Always load up my pizza with toppings and I appreciate that. Nothing worse than a pizza with nothing on it but not a problem here.

Terrible treatment here. Worker threw away our pizza, voided receipt (time stamped 8:50pm) We arrive at 8:58. Worker cusses at us (in front of our 4 yr old child) and tells us about her long workday, and how she gets off at 9, when we ask for the reasoning of throwing our pizza away. Customers beware of ordering at this location.
