20 minutes!
I don’t know how HH did it, but they received the online order, cooked the pizza, and delivered it in exactly 20 minutes. It was so fast, the knock startled us! It looks very delicious and hot. Yum! Thanks!

I got a cold incorrect order, which I had delivered, and gave both a credit card tip and a cash tip to the driver.I called the location and was told to personally return the pizza for a refund or have a new pizza delivered and give back the incorrect one. I originally took the second offer but changed my mind because this isn’t the first time I got cold pizza, and I was scared they would do something to the pizza because I complained. I called back and canceled the delivery of the “correct $8 pizza” and offered to bring back the $25 pizza and wings that were incorrect. But my car got back later than expected, so this morning, $25 was thrown out with the trash. I left my feedback with their corporate office, and I’ll never order from here again. I take full responsibility because I said I wouldn’t order from here in the past because deliveries are always cold and should have followed my first mind and ordered from Palace Pizza.
I absolutely will not give you another chance to get more money from me without providing a product I can actually eat. Furthermore, this isn’t just about the driver. It’s about the cook as well that made the pizza wrong to begin with. Cold pizza can be warmed, which is why I never complained before. But this pizza was just wrong all together, and I honestly think it was a pizza with similar ingredients that someone did not pick up, and they decided to give it to me. I’ve even deleted my app. Pictures of your incorrect $25 delivery in my trash for pick up today.

I went to pick up my order from the store after placing and paying in full my order in the hungry Howies app. When I arrived, the shift manager Charlie tells me I still owe money. I showed her my receipt emailed to me after ordering on the app showing I paid the total bill but Charlie then informs me that is wrong cause the total is more and the only way I can get my order is to pay the difference or she will cancel my order. She argued with me for 10 minutes in front of other customers while my food was getting cold and did not give me any options other than me paying the difference to fix Hungry Howies error.

Hungry Howies used to be our go to pizza to go spot. Not anymore! I ordered three large pizzas on 01/03/24. I specifically I asked for all three to be cooked well done, nine were well-done. In addition my meat lovers pizza was missing meat in a quarter of the pizza. See attached pic. I showed their manager she refused to address the lack of meat in my pizza.

The store on Shepherd Road is the dirtiest Hungry Howie’s I have ever been in. It is tucked in the corner of a convenience store. The people making the food are polite and rarely make a mistake. The food is good and it is close to my house.

Great service. Its located just off Sheppard road with plenty of parking. Its conjoined with a gas station. The food was good, nice and hot. The food was presentable and definitely hungry howie style. Im not sure if this location is the replacement location for the hungry howies that was located on Florida ave / route 37 near the outback. The staff seemed all different, but I still left a standard $2 tip.

Ordered a pizza online for 3:45, paid for it. Arrived at 4:18 to pick them up and noticed the two girls behind the counter were too busy talking crap because I didn’t pick it up at 3:45 to notice I was standing there. “We should charge by the hour.” I’m sorry, in what way is this affecting you? It was prepaid for and there definitely weren’t a thousand pizzas waiting to be picked up so the little bit of room mine took up didn’t affect anything. If I get cold pizza, thats on me. You still get paid the same. Maybe work on your customer service skills.

I had great service at the counter when picking up my takeout order. Our order was cooked to perfect and was delicious! Great place to grab some take out pizza in the southwest lakeland corner where restaurants are scarce!
