Over the years I’ve tried to support this location and be patient. I can’t anymore. The workers are very rude and seem not to care about the customers or quality of food. The food is ALWAYS COLD. The “beef” has a strange taste to it. The chicken tastes stale. Onion rings are always soggy and fries have no salt. Tried to get the Halloween Whopper one year and they just give you a regular whopper, but charge you for the special one. They gave me the wrong order twice. I just left because it was clear they didn’t care about fixing it. Worst food and service I’ve ever seen in my life and it’s on a consistent level.

The food is overall amazing it has great taste and is always freshly cooked and it’s never overcooked or undercooked it’s always perfect. The people are super attentive and sweet. The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming the area is clean and smells amazing.

This Burger King is our favorite. We go especially on Whopper Wednesday. Big burger, fries, and a drink for 5.99. Can’t beat the deal. Shout-out to Cody for friendly service. Their manager, Shane, is the best also.

Ordered the SpongeBob Meal food was cold and didn’t get the Patrick pie got the usual Hershey pie and the ice cream machine was down they said cold Krabby tots and cold whopper! Was given a soda in place but was not informed about the pie or I wouldn’t have spent the money for the meal just wanted to try it all!

I never have been dissatisfied with the service or the food in the Gainesville restaurant. I see posts from 5-7 years ago but this location has not been here that long. Shane and his crew are very attentive and courteous. They always prepare my food with my special requests. I dine inside because I want to enjoy the food when it’s fresh.

The lady who took my order was super nice. But the lady who handed it to me was rude. She just hand me the bag and walked away and closed the window. When I checked we didn’t receive a straw or our honey mustard. So I honked and knocked on the window but no one was anywhere to be found so I ended up having to go in. She had an attitude the whole time. Turns out they had to open a new box of honey mustard so it was just laziness. Then when we drive away my daughter checks her food and the chicken nuggets are so shriveled up they’re inedible and the french fries were also old.

Stopped here for lunch. Had an impossible whopper that tasted nice. Fries were salty and sad though. Food was decent, but made up for quality service and a clean restaurant. I do recommend this fast food joint.

This Whataburger was great but a little weird, not letting you drive up to the last window until they waived you up. Recent staff changes has made every order I have received missing something or given us the wrong order.
