I received my food from a delivery. This is the second time I have ordered food from this location and this location constantly has not added the usual amount of meat compared to other locations I have been to. I ordered the #8. There also wasn’t any tomatoes or much lettuce on it either. There also was bacon but not the usual amount I receive. I will not be ordering from this location anymore because the quality and attention to detail sucks. This was at about 7pm on a Friday. I have been to many Jersey mikes locations that take pride in what they do and this location does not seem to share that sentiment. I did try calling this location
before leaving this but there is an issue with the number that have listed on the receipt.

First time at a Jersey Mikes. Was told that the Big Kahuna was a really good hot sandwich as it was recommended by a foodie friend. Got it all the way on white bread. It was incredible!! The girl that waited on me was very pleasant and asked how my day was going and if I had any fun plans for the evening. Not the usual you owe x amount and have a good evening. I got the regular size, ate half and was full! Will definitely go there again!

We always come to this location but their new staff has ruined that experience. We walked in and all three associates looked at us and proceeded to make us wait 10 minutes before helping us. We normally come on Thursday’s because it’s buy one giant get one for 5$ after five, well we arrive and guess what they changed it to Friday’s without letting anyone know and still have the sign out which makes it confusing for guests. Overall disappointing. We miss the lady manager who used to take care of us.

Second time visiting this location and each time the patio entrance has been dirty and unkept. Entering into the restaurant is no better, tables always dirty, and countertops equally as dirty. Each time I have visited this location it is has been empty of customers inside and yet the wait time has exceeded 30 mins on each visit for a cold sub. Today’s visit my daughter was with me who has a gluten allergy. The employee proceeded to be annoyed that they had to clean the prep area. There was no one else in the restaurant other than us, and he continued to explain to me that all the bread was GF at Jersey Mikes because it didn’t have eggs in it. He didn’t want to clean the prep area and said it was fine as it was because “eggs don’t touch it”. The other associate was trying to ask questions to better understand what we needed but was brushed off by the rude associate. Would not recommend this location for anyone with food allergies or really anyone at all! Definitely worth it to drive a little further to the next one!

Offered free delivery yesterday, so I decided to order a sub. I asked for provolone substituted instead of Swiss and juices on the side. Neither of those things happened. Disappointed. It was still a good sandwich, luckily not soggy, but disappointed they couldn’t pay attention to the detail.

This location is on POINT- the catering box- OUTSTANDING- the staff was amazing and accommodating- special thanks to the manager – from Jersey !!! Bergen County NJ- says Hello PS the sandwiches were fresh and simply delicious- so much I had one for breakfast and the bread was still soft- Thanks for making our get together at Anastasia Island – memorable

I wanted to share that the flow with the staff… and cheesesteak was amazing. My mom said that this was thee BEST cheesesteak she has had down here and wanted me to try it.. from the time we entered.. the staff greeted us…made us feel welcomed..was helpful in answering questions.. and the food was really good.. we truly injoyed the whole experience… my mom and I have found our favorite sub shop.. Thank you Jersey Mikes. We appreciate you….

Disappointed. Ordered ahead for pick up at 5:30pm. Got there a little early, told guy at counter , thought might not be ready yet cause like 10 minutes early. Said didn’t matter, was ready and had been for a while! Long enough that bottled soda was going warm! Was worried about that cause ordered the tuna bowl, but food okay, thank goodness.

This place is great for Celiacs! My daughter had the GF Regular Original Italian Sub today. She hasn’t had a sub in over a decade. She is over the moon! I can’t have gluten and have to lay off carbs, so the wonderful lady at the slicer suggested the no bread pinwheel bowl. I had the Original Italian. It was like a meat salad and totally hit the spot!

They even took the time during the lunch rush to wipe off the slicer, the counters and changed their gloves. Two super happy bellies!

Thanks Ladies We will be back!

The manager wearing the dorky arm sleeves at this jersey mikes is extremely hostile and rude to his own staff. He made multiple people uncomfortable and caused two customers to walk out. It was a terrible display of abuse of power and abuse of staff and I feel bad for the employees simply overloaded with SIX online orders, not a single customer was upset or complaining, the only hostile person in the restaurant was the “manager”.
