The ranch dressing is bro. Straight . With the tendies and a confetti cake blizzard its only $174.45. Just kidding. Its crazy expensive though. And they keep chef Mike (the microwave) very busy. The burgers used to be fire but last 9 times the lettuce and tomato were scorching hot and soggy. The microwave it with everything on it. They could at least assemble it after they microwave the patty but they would probably raise the cost even more.

Just went thru the drive thru and received my order and when I got to Kent Stein I looked in the sack, it was missing my receipt, napkins, fork for the salad and the salad dressing I requested and paid extra for. Since I was already parked for the Muskie softball playoff game I wasn’t going to go back and lose my parking spot I left early to get.
Then when I talked to the manager she said I could come back and get a napkin and fork and salad dressing. I explained my predicament and she said stop by later for the salad. Once The game is over, I’m not going back for a salad. 2 or 3 bucks for the return trip and my time is more valuable than that, I asked for a burger or a blizzard. She said no.
Taking my business elsewhere and by the way there were many cars behind me so I was trying to get out of there to help keep the flow going. I’d say I will stay there and check my order slowly and carefully next time but highly unlikely I’ll return to Dairy Queen.
Let me make it perfectly clear, I won’t be back. On top of everything I said above, here’s a pic of the salad that I paid extra to upgrade from fries. Container was a decent size but it was only about 1/3rd full. No reasonable resolution given for what I went through,,, I won’t be back. Bad service and bad customer support. I’ll spread the word.

I would advise anyone to take caution when eating at this restaurant. They have flies RAMPANT and there’s seemingly nothing being done about it. I have since come back after these photos were taken, and there were even more flies buzzing around without a single worry.
Stay far away until the health inspector comes in to take a look.

I’ve never received such unfriendly service like I have today. Stood at the counter with my husband and 2 kids for 10 minutes before we were able to order. The people working would rather stand together in a group and talk and couldn’t be bothered that there was people standing there. When the brought our food out they basically tossed it on the table that some of our food actually popped off the tray. When they brought us our blizzard and held it upside down they did so above my 9 month old head. If the ice cream would have landed on him i would have been livid. Won’t be coming back to this location if the people continue to be this rude.

Today at 4 brought my grandson through the drive-through ordered 2 small cones 1 vanilla one twist .When I got to the window paid and was given 1 vanilla cone and was asked what the other was. I had given a 1.00 tip I waited about 10 min a gal came back to the window and asked if I had paid,I said yes still waiting on my twist cone. When it finally came the chocolate was barely there very light, I asked where is the chocolate she said there. It didn’t even taste like chocolate. There was at least 5 people working.I have been there multiple times throughout the summer never this bad.

The blizzard I always order I request extra graham cracker. But when I order online, that option isn’t available. However, every time my order is delivered or picked up, there’s plenty of extra gram in it!!! Thank you for your awesome personal service!!!!!

I order from this location through door dash several times a week and each time my order arrives perfectly made and just as ordered. Tonight I ordered dinner as normal and when it arrived there was a note inside of the bag. Without saying too much, they really blessed my entire order. to whoever left me this note, this was probably such a small gesture to you but please know that you have no clue how much i needed that tonight and i love you too ♥️
