I got 35 wings, 5 boneless. I got the hot honey, garlic Parmesan, bbq flavors. The wings were meaty and delicious. Why the atmosphere lacks, the coworkers were friendly and quick. The fries and ranch also hit the spot. Would go again.

I love these wings but the service here is so crazy bad. I usually order online and give myself way more time than the email says to get here. Today the email said 21-26 minutes I came 35 minutes after the order was placed and the woman up front said it was being made. 10 minutes later still no food I asked another employee and she said she didn’t see my ticket so I called the other woman from the back who told me it was cooking and she said she actually never saw my ticket she just told me she had, so she looked up my number and said the order was received but the ticket never printed. So my food is now being started 45 minutes after I placed my order with chicken that had just been sitting there. Got my order 49 minutes after ordering middle of the day only a couple other customers there.

The service at this location is horrible. Well the night shift anyways. I’m from the Baltimore area, and wanted to try it for the first time. The staff was legit talking crazy about customers, upset people ordering an hour before closing and so on. After waiting for 12 minutes at the counter, the young lady walks up and says you can’t order inside + I needed to download the app and order. I’ve been there, but don’t treat everyone bad because you’re upset you are at work. Got food at 12:54. Walked in at 11:58…. Won’t try Wingstop again lol

They got the order wrong. I went back the next day for the missing wings. They were for my husband, not for me. Management was very accommodating.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop. I placed my order online over 40 minutes ahead of time specifically so my food would be ready when I arrived. When I got there, none of my food had even been made. They didn’t even realize there was an order under my name until they looked it up in the system.
The employee then asked all of the workers if they knew about my order, and every single one said no.
That is completely unacceptable. What is the point of offering online ordering if no one is checking to make sure the orders are actually fulfilled?
This was a total waste of my time, and I will not be coming back here again.

I haven’t tried the food yet. But the customer service here is trash. Although I was trained to immediately, she tossed the bag at me with no care and said nothing else after confirming my last name. I don’t know her name just that she has braces, light skin, hair in an upwards bun and air pod in ear. Truly disappointing.

They are ridiculous. I ordered two meals and their soda machine was down and they didn’t even offer me a drink out of the cooler. They told me I would have to pay 299 unacceptable. Then continue to tell me she couldn’t give me a soda because the district manager was there. I already paid for my mail and I didn’t even receive a soda so I didn’t even get my moneys worth.

My husband and I placed an online order for 20 boneless wings w/ 4 flavors. We got 2 flavors, neither of which we actually ordered. Not sure if we got someone else’s order or if they really messed up. Also, the fries have a sweet flavor to them which was not great. My husband said the blue cheese dip tasted watered down and not at all like blue cheese; the ranch was fine. We also ordered a cheese dip but they gave us honey mustard. Our food was edible but overall we’re disappointed with our experience.

This place is disgusting. The service is horrible. You will wait forever for your food. But it turned out to be a blessing because it gave me the opportunity to see just how nasty this place is. The floor wear food is being prepared is beyond dirty. They clearly do not clean back there. They just step on the food and keep moving. As well, I witness a work grab a bunch of wings and throw it in the fryer with no gloves on after taking an order from a customer. She did not wash or hands, did not up on gloves, just started handling food. After handling raw chicken, this employee, without gloves or washing her hands, used those same raw chicken hands to put fries in the fryer. This place is absolutely disgusting. Where is the health department? This place should be shut down.

Employees on their phones with headphones in their ears and then doesn’t wash their hands after touching their phones. First when you take your servesafe they tell you to wash your hands constantly. Touching your germ phone then go straight to touching ready food is a BIG NO NO.
