We LOVE Raise Pizza! Rai truly cares about his customers and always makes the most delicious food. I can’t recommend the spicy meatball pizza enough. Then get one of his dessert pizzas! Thank me later!

By far the best pizza in the woodlands and probably Houston… I’ve lived in NY .. traveled to Italy. Rai is so passionate about his flavors and it resonates through his creations. I’m so glad to have him be a part of our local community! I have been going to his truck for over 2 years. The best of the best!

This guy loves what he does and you can tell by the taste and selection. This is by far the best spot for pizza and well worth the wait. Spicy Meatball pizza is the way to go! Fresh ricotta , pepperoni and meatballs- all on top of a crispy fiery crust. Made with love you can taste. The italian chopped sandwhich is to die for too. You won’t be disappointed!

My husband took a group of out of towners to this local spot to enjoy. I had another set of outer of towners with me that didn’t get a chance to go on that visit. So before they returned home I wanted to make sure they went. So I took our next guest and ordered a pizza and a salad. I asked to make sure it was enough dressing because we had a few ppl with us. We get the pizza and salad and of course it wasnt enough dressing so I had my son go and request extra. He came back and asked for $4 because they wouldn’t give him the dressing. First and foremost this is my second visit here spending $$$$ this week. And 2nd of all just for 1 pizza and a salad it was over $40. I’m sorry I’m just not one for penny pinching. When you have loyal customers who have a variety of others choices yet choose you make sure you take care of them and darn sure don’t penny pinch for salad dressing in a little plastic container that can barely hold a few tablespoons. The pizza is good so I don’t mind paying but it takes away from the taste when I can’t enjoy it because my peace has been broken. It’s too many options out here for ppl so when you have customers that willingly patronize you treat them right and you will make your money above and beyond without nickel and dimeing!

This food truck makes the best pizza in town! I am an Italian from New Jersey and I know good pizza, and Raise is absolutely incredible! The white pizza is the best I have ever had! They also make their own sauces!

My wife ordered a cheese pizza for me and it came out loaded with pepperoni chopped into tons of little bits and tons of grease and salt! It was like the pizza had salty cheese on top plus sprinkled Lowery’s garlic salt or something. The grease even soaked through the pizza box it was so heavy. I barely ate two pieces after soaking up all the grease that I could with many paper towels but I couldn’t get the grease that soaked through the bottom of the actual pizza dough that even made it through the pizza box bottom.
I would have attempted to correct the wrong pizza issue with the vendor but I was in no way willing to wait another 20-25 minutes for them to correct it.
Added: Also, burnt pizza crust is not a good taste and may contribute to cancer.

Stumbled upon this spot with my wife last night, and wow—what a treat! This place is hands-down one of Houston’s best-kept secrets. The owner is nothing short of a culinary genius, crafting some of the most inventive and flavorful pizza combinations I’ve ever had. Seriously, you’re a mad scientist of flavor and texture!
One standout is “The Bourdain,” a tribute to the legendary Anthony Bourdain. Let me just say—holy freaking moly! This pizza isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience. Every bite showcases a deep understanding and love of food, and the creativity behind the menu is undeniable.
As a native New Yorker and lifelong pizza connoisseur, I can confidently say this place holds its own against some of the best pies I’ve ever had. So do yourself a favor—whether you’re local or miles away—make the trip. This place deserves all the recognition and praise it can get. Tremendous job! I’ll definitely be back.

Owner was offended when I asked for extra sauce. Said, “have you even had our pizza before?” And after denying the extra sauce I got a pizza with very little sauce. I asked for parm & he said it’s already on the pizza, also offended that I asked.
If he loves his pizza so much he should cook or for himself at home & give up his “business”.
