I want to let you know Sam and Bachar working the evening closing shift around 7:20 PM are the kindest and most professional people I have ever encountered. The way they welcomed guests and handled the business was truly outstanding. I ordered the medicine tea and my husband ordered ice matcha latte Sam made it so perfectly we want thanks to her so much and keep doing the great work!
They deserve recognition for their excellent service. Thank you so much for having such a great team

Brecht is such a nice barista. So warm and inviting, and when my kids spilled their hot chocolate, he was nice and comforting to them on top of cleaning up the mess and making a new one. What a wonderful experience!

Hannah is my hero! Today I was DESPERATE for coffee and I had my sick baby with me who was sleeping, I saw a worker outside and asked if she could please please bring my drink out to me and explained, a few minutes later Hannah comes running out, drink in hand, smile on her face even though they were super busy and down 1 person. She went the extra mile this morning when I really needed it and I truly appreciate it! Not to mention this team and location has always been PHENOMENAL. My family and I are regulars and they always greet us by name, with smiles, and small talk no matter how busy they are. They remember all their regulars names, and greet every single person that walks in the door. This review is long overdue and just a small token of my gratitude toward this wonderful team! Thank you for all that you do!

I visit my daughter in Alexandria a couple of times a year over the last 5 years and this Starbucks is by far the best one I’ve been to. Not only are their coffees consistently amazing, but their customer service is exemplary! They even add words of kindness and encouragement to their cups. It may be a small gesture but I look forward to it!

This starbucks is great on weekdays. Do not go on weekends, especially if you’re ordering anything with espresso. Consistently bad on weekends. My assumption is the the weekend crew doesn’t know how to properly dial the espresso machine because my coffee is never good on weekends. Do better.

Very polite staff, but $5.16 for a Grande pumpkin iced coffee when I supplied the cup??? I realize this is not the staff’s fault, so this is aimed at corporate: you all are overpriced to begin with; this 10 cents and extra 25 stars on our account is not enough anymore. Is there a corporate email I can use to provide feedback and advice for resolution?
