If I could give it zero I would. I placed a mobile order got there and had to wait in line. By the time I got to the counter an hour after I placed the order the girl told me she hadn’t even started it yet. That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. We definitely will not be buying food from here anymore.

No staff at counter. Could see 4 employees in the back room standing around talking. After a few minutes someone came out to take my order. He was friendly so no complaint there. It was the fact that the freshness of the veggies or lack of them that was a turn off. No cucumbers, tomatoes that looked to have been frozen and thawed and just gross. What was left of the lettuce was brown. Green peppers looked sad as well. I skipped veggies almost altogether on my subs except for jalapeños. Got home to eat and the bread was NOT fresh. Was more like day old bread, chewy and hard. This place has gone severely downhill.

Ordered 3 subs. 2 Turkey with mega meat, one Philly steak – there was literally such a small amount of meat. I decided to weigh the Philly meat and it was not even a half ounce $40 for nothing. The turkey had one slice- we paid for the extra!

Food itself was very solid, however the service ruins everything. Lady at the counter was one of the most rude, snotty, unpleasant people I’ve ever met. Did a mobile order and noticed she forgot my pretzel before I even left the store, no big deal deal, went back and waited several minutes to even be acknowledged (not a customer in the store) finally looks at me v and just say that I also had a pretzel. Never said a word the rest of the time just eye rolling, attitude, etc. Won’t be back just based on the workers they hire. Seem to have a lot of reviews like this here. Food itself was solid however.

Subway is inside the gas station. Basic subway… unfortunately like every other place they are short on help. Service was slow during, due to lack of staff. The lady working did her best – kudos to her.

Placed a mobile order and when we got our subs we did regular sauce on them and they drowned the subs in sauce. Ended up getting a footling churro to try and it was hard to bite into and tasted disgusting. Not too happy bout it

First of all the girl that was working subway has been there a few years, NEVER friendly either ! Even when she works at the gas station ! Ordered 2 foot long subs, asked for American cheese on both but after leaving and biting into our subs we realized it wasn’t American cheese like we asked for it was mozzarella EWWW ! Forwards corporation you need to have a once a week “Let’s be FRIENDLY to our customers “ schooling for employees
