Great place to stop for lunch and to grab a few treats to take away! I tried the panini special and it was wonderful. We also got a lemon cupcake and sugar cookie because we couldn’t resist. We are only here for the weekend- we will definitely be back to try more of the delicious lunch menu and the cinnamon roll!

Eight years ago we stopped here on a whim on the way from Spokane back home. We got some sandwiches and loose leaf tea to take home. It never left my mind. Eight years later, I’m reminded why it left an imprint on my mind. The sandwiches are so fresh and prepared simply – it’s like going to your friend’s house and their mom prepared lunch. The soup was also incredible. They were so nice and friendly as well. We got the special of the day sandwich (you can’t really go wrong with anything here), the roast beef and provolone sandwich, and the soup (just get a soup, doesn’t matter which one). We also bought a bunch of loose leaf teas and other random stuff to bring home. I hope it’s not another eight years before I come back here.

Asked for bacon egg and cheese – and then I was told that they usually have ham on a sandwich I didn’t ask for… I said no thanks just bacon egg and cheese. After that whole conversation – no bacon… just egg and cheese and about 15$ per sandwich for a microwaved egg on a cheese (too much) sandwich.

What wonderful provision for a fab lunch on a long day of driving! The sandwich was the best I’ve had all year! Hubby’s too. Generous amount of turkey prepared fresh while waiting in peaceful setting. Delightful caring service. Ever thankful for the blessing of this place. ❤

Super nice, quality spot for great sandwiches, candy, baked goods, and much more! The people are genuinely warm and welcoming of course too! For Tesla drivers, pick an up order to go and eat while you charge!

Stopped in on our way across the state, trying to find a healthy option for a quick breakfast. Very happy with the choice. It’s a little bit of a wait because the food is made by order, which means it’s amazing, also it’s a great little store and the women are wonderful. I got Kyra’s fav, with pepper jack on whole wheat bread. 100% will stop again.

Great deli. Fast service. Super friendly staff. The bread is absolutely delicious and the cold cuts are fresh. Sandwiches are simple but done well. Cool country mercantile store with sweets and baking goods. Love the name as well.

We stopped here for lunch on our way through town. We wanted something besides typical fast food and decided to stop due to all the positive reviews. If you couldn’t tell by the name, this is a church affiliated business. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, but it makes me wonder if the reviews are skewed because of it.

The sandwiches we got were ok at best. About what you’d expect from a grocery store deli or an above average convenience store. Pretty bland overall, plus they put lettuce and tomato on a grilled panini, which was a choice. It cost about $50 for 2 sandwiches, chips and drinks. NOT a good price value. It turns out the typical fast food would have been the better option.

The staff was very friendly though, so credit for that.
