Wellers is a great experience. I’m always overwhelmed by the menu (in a great way because everything looks good. Great prices for food. Great prices for beer and the service is usually great. Seating is seat yourself. If you’re likely enough to get Mariah she’s phenomenal. Great at answer questions and very attentive

Mariah is phenomenal, attentive, and knowledgeable. She was patient with all my questions. My brother and I came here on a busy night, but Mariah was on the ball the entire time without losing her friendly and perky attitude. I certainly plan to come again!

Dropped in for food since out of town. Food probably would’ve been good if I was too drunk to notice the quality. Inappropriate and uncomfortable question coming from waitress. We got asked if she can hold my baby and before said she’d take the baby and walk around with her while we ate. Weird for a random person to ask to hold my child when I’ve never met you before. Social queues should tell you beforehand not to ask weird stuff like that. We talked about how uncomfortable it was the whole way home. Food was mid, server was weird, price was outrageous for what it was. Regretting not going to grab fast food instead. Yikes

Very relaxed atmosphere. I got the black and blue hamburger it came on a ciabatta bun, if you want a pretzel bun just ask for it. It was very good. My husband got the taco quesadilla. It was so good I had to have a slice of it. I would definitely recommend that! My daughter got the fried macaroni and cheese bites, it comes with six of them and a giant portion of fries. My little dude got a chicken sandwich, it was a very good portion he couldn’t eat it all. Their menu has improved a lot over the years and we will be going back!

I went here to eat with a friend. The food was amost great. I had a stange combination of a cheese burger and a loaded baked potatoe, which is awesome. We should have that option everywhere.
The burger was great. Perfectly cooked and a fair amount of bacon. The Ciabatta bun was a little tough, but it’s not my preferred bread for a burger anyway (better for sandwiches).
My only real complaint comes down to the baked potatoe. Now, I realized when I ordered it, that it would take more time, but I was in no hurry so, time was no issue, but when it came, the potatoe, was still so hard, that I could hardly cut into it. It was way, way undercooked. I ate what I could of it anyway, as I felt partially to blame, for ordering something that takes a while to cook (even in the microwave), but I really wish it had been better.
Other than that, the bill was a little high, but not unreasonable, and the service rocked! The wait staff here are great!
I’ll give them another try soon, and hopefully be able tto update this review.

Had beer and appetizers. Potato skins were great. Loaded baked potato was run of the million. Great service.

Nice place… not your typically fast food place, this much better… more of a personal touch and small town feel.

Always a great place to stop in for a cold beer after a hard day of work. Always the coldest beer in town! Great food too!
Back at it… Years later and still the coldest draw in town. Food seems to be getting better and better!

Friends of ours invited us to Wellers for dinner a couple of months ago and this was hands down the best dinner I’ve had in Topeka in a long time. We have come back multiple times to try different dishes and everything is on point. Today was a brisket nachos and it did not disappoint.
