To start, the Classic OG for $6.99 was kind of surprising. You would think “classic” means it’s the same size as their other sandwiches, but it wasn’t. It was noticeably smaller compared to something like the Honey Butter sandwich, which tasted good by the way. Not salty, not sweet, just right in the middle and exactly how I like it.

I swapped mine for grilled chicken and that part was actually fresh. It tasted like they really had to grill it on the spot. But the fries and tenders didn’t match that at all. They weren’t hot or warm, just sitting there with no attempt to make them feel fresh. Their slogan says “just made, better,” and it made me question if anything was actually made fresh.

The spicy tenders get their heat from the seasoning sprinkled on top and the breading. Not from the chicken itself, which I’m fine with, but again the problem is they weren’t warm, so the whole thing fell flat.

The fries were not too salty, which I liked, and it seemed like they had a light pepper taste. Another plus. The cookie was decent and honestly reminded me of a Starbucks cookie. Nothing special, but fine since it’s just an add-on.

One thing that was actually annoying was the self-serve kiosk pushing add-ons at every tap. It feels like it’s trying to wear you down on purpose. And speaking of the kiosk, they still have red velvet listed even though they don’t sell it anymore. That should be an easy fix for management, but nobody bothered. To top this off, their staff did not communicate about the issue, I had to double check it myself which puts their service down for me.

Overall, I give it a 3.5. Pretty normal for a fast-food chain. Not bad, not amazing, just okay.

I absolutely love PDQ! The food is amazing, and the chicken is always moist and packed with flavor. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and I really appreciated that they had activities for kids to help keep my toddler busy. That made the experience even better! I just wish there were more locations because PDQ is truly a top-notch chicken spot.

I’ve been going to PDQ for a long time. This location over the last couple months has been doing funny stuff like re-seasoning already seasoned chicken and the quality was just meh.

Went there today and I took a few bites of the chicken. It was rubbery and didn’t taste fresh. I got the Nashville hot sauces tenders which I always get and they were seasoned totally different. I was in a rush and starving so I ate them anyway.

One hour layer I got sick, and still feel sick. Thank you for basically poisoning me. I’ll never be back.

Delicious! Everything. Fries were crisp and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly! Buttery bread! I really enjoyed the food here. I’ll be back! And Crystal was very helpful with helping me choose as it was my first time. Much better than Raising Canes (trash) and Chick-Fil-A (too salty) if you ask me. Kay (mgr) rocks, too.

Just picked this up no 10 min ago. The best part of the meal, the coke soft drink. This is the 3rd time I was at this location. I have ordered the chrispy chicken combo each time.
The first time about a year ago it was excellent.
The 2nd time the chicken was under cooked. But fries where hot and crispy.
The 3rd time (today) the chicken was under cooked and the fries were luke warm and dried out. (See pic)
Just hope I don’t get sick from under cooked chicken. What you see in the pic is headed for the trash.
Beyond disappointed.

Went in 10/6. PDQ…The “Q” is a little questionable here. I thought my spicy sandwich was alright, but my husband said the chicken in his sandwich was rubbery and may have been under cooked. I also ordered my fries well done, which they weren’t. We both got sick after eating here even though our orders were different. Not sure if it was full-blown food poisoning or what. Probably won’t be going back, the past few days haven’t been pleasant.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to a PDQ, and it did not disappoint. I got a Mediterranean salad and it was full of flavor and a huge portion. Zucchini fries were awesome and a little salty, but that’s what makes them so good! Chicken is consistency good. Cool hand washing station after you get your drink. I like the dedication to cleanliness!

Talk about bullshit AI response: this is Juliana from PDQ. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the sauce with your meal. Our house sauces are free but our tossed sauces are an up charge. We strive for clear communication and to meet expectations. Again so sorry for the confusion. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll work to improve. We hope you’ll give us another try.
FYI- Burned sandwich and they didn’t offer me any sauce and wanted to charge me. Thank you for the lack of care $22.58 I spent and I am not working right now so burns even more.

The food was meh

We had a spicy chicken with a side of Mac and cheese. The M&C was salty as well as the broccoli Parmesan. We order 2 of those and one was definitely not enjoyable.
Chicken tenders and nuggets were nice and crispy a bit on the dry side but good to eat.
We got some lemonade and was not a fan.

Cup was overflowing & messy to drink at the beginning. I was Not a fan. On a positive note waffle fries were delicious & the sweet tea is way better than any other drink they offer.

Give them a try, your food might be better than might.

You won’t catch me going to another Chick-fil-A!! I had my doubts about this place but it’s AMAZING!! Chicken was fresh, well seasoned and tender! I had a banana milkshake and tried their chocolate cake. We originally went for lunch before our target run and came back for dinner! OMG and the zucchini fries!! Out of this world This place is awesome! A must try
